It just hit me.

You are replacing a character with Shirou, some one who have a good experience in a certain War. Some one who is not going to be damned bystander.

And if i am not wrong (acording to the first chapter), is going to shoot first and ask questions later.

Man, Shirou's really going to have his hands fool. Normally I'd be annoyed at you for replacing a protagonist I actually like and giving his girls to someone else, but since you basically made them the same person . . . I'll forgive you. But I swear to God, if you ever do this with RosarioVampire I'll . . . do something. Something terrifying because I love Tsukune. And he's awesome. One last thing, I just wanted to say one last thing . . . be careful with the direction your fics seem to be going. Simply replacing protagonists with Shirou is all well and good but it would be much more interesting to see them interact. Some may call Minato bland and useless, but I love him (He's like a puppy!) and Shirou wasn't terribly useful when he was just starting out either. Keep that in mind the next time you go about popping Shirou into some other universe. I had hoped that Minato and Shirou would be brothers when I saw where the conversation was leading but ah well. This is, if not as interesting, at least satisfying.

P.S.: Shirou and Yukari? I can't believe I missed that!

First off, I love the way Shirou's slipping into life in Tokyo, though I wasn't expecting a time skip of any kind. I really was hoping to see the conversation between Takami and Shirou that the lest chapter started. That would have been a riot. Still, this does justify some things (perfecting the tools to track Sekirei before dropping them into the streets) before everything goes to hell in a handbasket.

Ah, Kagiri... the sheer awkwardness between him and Shirou is going to be utter gold.

YES! Akitsu's probably my favorite Sekirei, and Shirou's just the kind of guy to help her out! I love his completely understandable reaction to her complete lack of knowledge of social norms and her hotness.

This is shaping up awesomely!

While not quite what I was hoping for when you took Shiro back onto the page after HoS, I am curious to see what you can do with this crossover attempt.

While too soon for me to offer any good C&C, and because I have contracted some kind of plague that has me borderline hallucinating, I'll just respond to a comment you made at the very beginning of your first chapter:

Remember that while Nasu-cultists can be fanatical, this is ultimately your story. A wise fanfiction author once said, "This is canon. We must rape it." I can't remember who exactly said that but I happen to agree. If I wanted to experience canon I'd go read/play/watch that. Nasu gave you the tools, you use them how you see fit. Bend, break, mold whatever you need to. As long as its familiar, it still counts as fanfiction.

WOOT! Spam chapter time! Nice and long and full of plot, Just like I love it, Gabriel, Keep it up. Now then, if anyone else cares to read a person's review, please note. Its not much of a suspension of disbelief. The Nasuverse has shown many times that hair changes at the drop of a hat, the red hair could also have been folical damage due to the fire itself, damaged roots tend to grow back lighter, and as a fellow black/brown haired person who got into a burning car wreck I can tell you, they grow back RED. But Nasuverse also tend to have varying eye/hair color depending on the prana at the moment so really its not that hard to believe. The changing of hair was only explained lightly and Garcher lies. Now the only bit I dislike about this is RIN AND SABER DUMPED HIM? What the HFIL.. Ok, Rin loved Shirou for reasons OTHER than that she was his apprentice, in fact in the end they said that she wouldn't have begrudged him staying behind, Besides who else would provide the prana for Saber? Not to mention Rin really loved him.. MAYBE a temporary breakup but nothing perminant, though Rin's acceptance of polligamy she'd probably be fine in the end but.. I don't see this ending their relationship, not built up like it was.. Sorry.. Other than that, I can buy all the rest of it hook and ladder.. Get Rin and Shirou back together somehow please, a Sekirei or 8 is fine too, but don't do this to Rin and Shirou.. Saber can jump in the lake for all I care.

Well at least Shirou remains more sensible than most accidental perverts.

Was hoping to have more of F/SN in this one. Much as I liked it HoS was basically a borderline OC replacing a character from the ‘host’ verse.

Still with a bit of luck the Association will gate crash the tournament.

Like how Shirou’s default stance with powerful being is ‘do I need to kill it and how should I best go about doing so?’

Man oh man, I had forgotten just how much I love your updating speed. Some of the sentences are a bit weird to read, but for the most part, your writing is absolutely great! Can't wait for the chapters to get even longer!

It seems like they are getting along (that is, his mother and him). It makes sense that he would still feel awkward, but it only makes it more realistic. I'm really looking forward to how she is going to react when she finds out that he will be part of the whole Sekirei plan (or even better, when she finds out about him being a magi, if she finds out at all).

It's great how you're having Akizu being involved as a main female protagonist here. She has such a sad story (being a failure and all) that certainly deserves a bit of attention. Not only that, but her forgetfulness about being seen 'decent' only promises to make for some very funny moments.

Still an A story so far! Update again soon!

Well, I'm kinda glad you started a new story instead of continuing Hill of Swords. It allows more freedom rather than restricting yourself to an already set premsis.

That said, I'm kinda cautious about this story. Is Shiro going to start referring to himself as Minato? It bugs me when writers have established characters change their names in a split second over stuff like this. Shiro has grown up and matured using his name. I think changing it to Minato would be rather...difficult.

However, I am really looking forward to the next chapter and I wish you well on writing it!

Poor Shirou seems to have a bad case of Parker luck... Bad for him at least. Very amusing for everybody else.

Promising start, interesting premise and good writing all around. Please continue. I can't wait to hear what happened with Rin and Saber.
