a cool start!

Well its well written, but as far as the content goes the entire first chapter is canon. i'm curious at where this will go.

to be perfictly honest i dont know about this i mean you arent the first person to do a story were he learns how the kage bushin works in the beginning and got reppetive to me but your a great writer and may make it difreint but i would love to see you make a story with him leaving the leaf maybe have him join kira or kumo their isnt much reason for him to stay loyal like an example naruto going to go read books in your story what if he found out about his clan and mito that if anything should piss him off as you can see im anti leaf person i just think their arogant and im not saying other villiges are better but leaf is the full of shit they dont even follow their own belifes of will of fire or protect your comrades look how they turned on sakumo and whent againist minto wishs their is no way in hell they think naruto is the fox or not who his father is the hade two demon hosts before and doubt is was covred up or minato wouldnt have told sarutobi to tell them and had it coverd up too about naruto minto is not stupid this must mean that both mito and naruto mom were treatied fine and their just holding a grudge because of the fox when it was released rant over and im not saying he should try to destroy the leaf just find some were else he can be exceptid

Hmm I'm liking almost all of your stories, this is good and hope he takes to training seriously, look forward to a pairing later on but still u picked the best women in your other story but maybe just pick one of those for this story

i like it, it has a great set up, the only thing that i wish to be explained in more detail is the weapon use, will he remember stuff like if he learned to curve the trajectory of a shriken, also, do you think a weapon in the first place should be incorperated into naruto?

Could you also set up the possible pairings at the end of the next chapter?

i've seen a lot of these over the years, at least since that little fact was shown in the manga...but its still a viable plot device. i'll be interested to see your take on it.

BTW please don't have him learn the Rasenshuriken already before the Chuunin exams. just give him more jutsu's and abilities to use before giving him those types of jutsu's. Also have you decided a pairing yet?

If not I'd like to request Ino. Maybe make her go into Naruto's mind and see her some things and let her think on how she treated Naruto and just make friends with him at first to apologise

This looks like it is going to be pretty good. I, like you, have to wonder how Naruto never figured out the secret to shadow clones BEFORE someone showed it to him. You would figure that, with the way he spamed them all the time, he would have figured that out earlier. But NOOOOOO, if you want Naruto to get a point, you have to pound it into his head with a sledgehammer. Kishimoto has royally screwed Naruto over. All he ever did in the entire series was spam shadow clones and Rasengan, making him nothing more than a predictable one/two trick pony. I think that with this story, you will be able to make it the way it SHOULD have been. I can imagine that Naruto will become both smart AND strong before long. They can also really help him with his forever ridiculed chakra control. I look forward to the next chapter and hope it comes out soon. This Naruto will actually be one worth looking at.
