I've passed over this story for almost a year now and It proved to be a bone head move on my part.
Absolutely stunning verbal imagery. The plot was well done. I'm glad it was set in the past inspired choices. You could really feel Finn's inner turmoil and Rachel's never ending optimism throughout. Well done. I will favorite it and recommend to all who ask

I missed this epilogue before! It was great, I loved it. I think Finn would have most definitely been reluctant to talk about his war experiences.

Finn/Rachel really isn't my pairing, but I'm a sucker for the whole historical bar/music/crime syndicate sort of stories and I loved this.

I thought Finn and Rachel were great and made a sweet couple. I love how you incorporated all of the main cast into your world and I love that the bar was called McKinleys

You did a really great job with this. It had a good mixture of suspense, drama, and fluff. It's interesting to read something enjoyable of Rachel and Finn being parents. I feel a lot of fanfics don't do it justice because their personalities becoming something entirely different. But maybe that's what parenthood does, I wouldn't know. I like how you brought up the "you're better than that" phrase. It was how Rachel encouraged Finn, how Finn in turn encouraged her, and now it's passed on to their children. Very sweet ending.

This is incredibly edgy and suspenseful. You really did a great job with that Karofsky outburst scene.

This was brilliant! Loved how you tied it all together in the end.

Loving this story so far! I think you captured molding the characters' voices to the historical context pretty well.

AMAZING! I love just going to your page when I'm bored at work, supposed to be accomplishing something, and instead getting sucked into one of your stories. I love the first season of Glee but fell really behind with watching the second season and never caught up, so I can't read the other til I do so, but I REALLY enjoyed reading this one! I will have to catch up and read some of your other ones soon. Keep writing, love your stuff and style.
