That last part with the owls and pigeons almost made me puke laughing so hard! If any owl could organize something like that it'd HAVE to Hedwig! Vernon and Petunia will never forget this day but WILL take it out on Harry if he ever comes back there again! Of course I really wouldn't put it past Hedwig to organize an even bigger raid for another morning. Something along the line of EVERY bird in England perhaps? Hey, this story just keeps getting better and better with every chapter. I don't know why you stopped at 9 chapters but I wished you'd finished it. Even if it ended in one or two more chapters. This was great.

I see one little flaw in your Marauder Halloween tradition. Seeing as the radius is roughly half the diameter of a circle and the diameter is half the that of a circle that equals roughly an EIGHT MILE CIRCLE IN WHICH ACQUIRE AND DRINK ALCOHOL! And seeing as they're living just outside of London, that's a whole lotta potential alcohol they could possibly drink. Now then, do witches and wizards suffer the effect of acute alcohol poisoning? I know from other ff that they do suffer hang-overs. I often wonder Why Harry doesn't ask Sirius to sign transfer papers to some other school and use the Goblins to transfer his records to his new school. That'd make that much harder for a meddling old goat fucker to find him. Also Harry should ask the Goblins if they have healers that could scan him. After all, that old meddling goat fucker has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to find a way of removing that soul fragment from Harry's head in 14 years! So to me a transfer to a new school outside of Europe and away from Bumblemore would be the best thing for Harry. Yeah it might well result in England falling to Tommy-boy but no great loss there. Some well place hyperbaric bombs would cure a lot of that worlds problems. If you're confused by that, simply look up the term HYPERBARIC BOMBS. Lot of muss for very little fuss.
