Ron is not cruel, His heart is extremely pure. Even if Kim dumped him he would still love her so much that he would not care if she was lesbian or not. Someone who risks his life to keep her safe on a regular basis even when he is not a good fighter is not someone who would care about her sex preferences. Ron would be concerned about the burn but he would trust Kim enough to accept Shego. He still loves her even if she does not love him, and if Kim liked Shego, he would not go turn her in. He would try find out why they were together and he also would be on her side after he learned what happened. He might be untrusting of her before, but after he would be willing to help her just as much as Kim is.

I could see him traveling to a far away country, discise himself as Shego and pull a few crimes, to get global justice looking elsewhere so that Kim and Shego would be safe from danger.
