Gosh, I have to say this wasn't at all the story I expected to find when I started reading. Nevertheless, I very much enjoyed it. I found your fic from a reccomendation in erbkaiser's story Books and Cleverness.

I think you did a marvelous job portraying your Hermione here. While I do wish we could have learned who pulled the prank in the first place, I believe that would only ruin the mystery and majesty of the whole story.
