| bryce chapter 1 . 11/6/2011 The way this story was written - from Hermione's point of view, and with the flashbacks explaining her actions because of what happened in her past, was an extremely refreshing change from how fanfiction is normally written. This is one of the few stories that I would recommend to nearly anyone, if the subject of superb, amazingly well-written Harry Potter fanfiction ever came up in conversation. |

| madbrad chapter 1 . 8/3/2011 This is wonderful. A simply wonderful character study. So much substance to it! As a H/Hr man I was delighted that Harry stood - well, sat/slept - by her during her all-day assault on the door. "Just in case another troll just happened to rampage around the castle" - loved it. I'm looking forward to reading your more overt H/Hr work here. In any case the simple steadfast friendship displayed here was very nice indeed. Hermione Granger might be a difficult girl to befriend at times but while reading this I was convinced that your Harry Potter is someone who could complement her very nicely indeed. A delightful journey through a day in the life of Hermione Granger. Thank you! |
