I really like this. The characters are done really well. Even Anderson's POV is enjoyable to read. You captured Sherlock and John's friendship really well. Good job.

It was AWESOME the way John stood up to Sherlock with the whole attending physician thing. I think John should dress him down for the way Sherlock talked to him there. It was more than a bit not good.

I am really loving the interactions between John and Sherlock, you write them both very well. I have no trouble envisioning these conversation actually taking place in the series.
