If the reporters wanted to see what the Wraith really looked like then the Atlantis Expedition should have arranged an interview... send them to visit the Wraith (it would be like sending the Wraith samples of various types of junk food).

Gotta say...I'm not a Teyla/Sheppard fan, and i don't normally read stories with this ship. However, I like how you wrote it into this fantastic story.

Beam John to the Deadulus and then send down an assault team. After the bad guys are all subdued you can beam him back and call in the cops. Is a judge (or anyone) going to believe it if the bad guys swear that their hostage disappeared into thin air before they could threaten to kill him to force the SWAT teams to stand down?

I suspect that if Julia really knew how good at martial arts Teyla is she would want to let her punish Ian personally... hell I expect that she could sell tickets. Every woman who has ever had to work with the sh*t-head would probably pay good money to watch Teyla beat the crap out of him.

I understand Dave's reaction but if they needed information out of any suspects or prisoners they ought to have just let Teal'c interrogate them... his prisoners practically beg to tell him everything they know.

Good to have extra security to keep reporters away from David's house, I hate to think what Ronon would do to them. Although come to think of it John would probably enjoy hunting them with a Zat-gun.

Maybe I am paranoid but I expect that the Russian reporter actually works for one of the more elite branches of Russian intelligence, however that is probably a good thing as long as all he does is observe and report back to his superiors. The Russian government is more likely to believe one of their own trusted agents than a random reporter.

Great Story.

If Colonel Armstrong continues to object then send him back to earth with a scathing assessment of his inability to improvise and adapt to local conditions. Armstrong might be an excellent combat commander but he is clearly a piss-poor commander for an isolated but critical base where improvisation, flexibility, a willingness to think outside the box, and do whatever it takes to get the job done are far more important than adhering to the regulations.

Just had an absolutely wonderful reread of this epic fic! It makes me long so much for the season 6 we never had where apparently John and Teyla were supposed to see the future and get it smacked into their heads that they belonged together. Sigh. At least we have this wonderful work by you! It is so touching to read about John and Torren together 3 I look forward to getting started on the many sequels. Really great writing and characterization throughout.

Finally! I must say youre description of the passion, physically and emotionally were spot on! Loved the wedding and reception—love how you had them say goodbye to Dave and Julia too!

Hmmm...Seems the cat is out of the bag, as the saying goes! But what will be the repercussions?! I think John will run for the hills (Atlantis) before he becomes a celebrity dogged by paparazzi!
