you know, if that's not one of the most depressing and foreboding endings to a story, i don't know what is! i guess in a way it couldn't be helped, the likelihood that Hudson died during the explosion was pretty high-and really sad by the way. teared up a bit, though i'm glad nichols did in fact survive. and since we all know of the drug addiction problems that are soon to come the ending would always be foreboding because it's obviously not a good time for reid-and apparently morgan is going to epically fail at watching out for reid- but the story was definitely awesome! i'm going to miss getting the updates:)

I was sad to see I had been half right re: Boston in my previous review, and happy to discover that Nichols was still around, despite Nichols not sharing the same fate :(.

This was the right point to close your story, I like how you drew parallels between JJ's guilty feelings and Morgan's, and the foreshadowing to things to come that we know but the characters don't. I also enjoyed the small bit you give us about Nichols and Garcia relationship - I'd really love to see more interactions with the pair :D!

All in all,an story I enjoyed from beginning to end. Thanks for sharing it with us. 3

Just got to say-I love Nicholas. Of all my years reading fanfic-he's one of my all time favorite OC's-if not my number one favorite. Anything with Nicholas or his and Reid's interactions I would most definitely read and review and appreciate :3

Great pre-series story! Really appreciate the work you've done in knitting together all the canon references to the past into a complete story with beautifully developed characters. I'd like to see more of these people. It's a very thoughtful work.

I have really enjoyed this story. It was a nice change of things with very beleivable and easy to love OCs...I would love to read more about Hudson and Nicholas...Keep up the good work! :)

This was such a good chapter although it did put me in tears to find out what had happened to Hudson. I love that Nichols had come looking for Reid too. I was thinking all the way thought the chapter that I so hate to see this coming to and end and how much I will miss it. Needless to say, I would love, love another story with Hudson and Nichols. I loved how you let us know what was happening with everybody.

I hated to see this end too. Hudson's fate made me cry but it played really well with your story. I love that Nichols made another appearance and the way everything lead into the episode with Hankel. I for one would love another story featuring these guys. I actually felt like they were a real part of the team pre-show, they played so well in the story.
