|Reviews for Holography 3: As a Reminder and a Promise|
| Laurie chapter 77 . 11/26/2013
Wow! Thank you again for your gift. The banter between Sarek and Amanda is always superb. I love how Sarek is invariably logical in his responses, except for the times when under his very human wife's influence, emotion comes through.
I really enjoyed T'Lean's insanely jealous villainy! I did cry out loud when I read the scene where she tried to take Amanda over the parapet with her.
Thank you so much for another incredible escape into Amanda's world.

What a wonderful love story. I have just read this over the course of three days and it was amazing. So much of how Amanda and Sarek feel about each other, how they met and how strong their love remained through all the trials and tribulations that befell them. I am sad that I have finished reading as these two people had become part of my life for the duration of the story. Thank you for all the effort you must have put into writing it and finding all the meaningful quotes from classical literature.

Oh, I have always loved this story, and I needed to reread it again. Thank you for fighting the doc manager to get it all on here. I love it so, so much.

Well, what can I say... Another remarkable story. I enjoyed reading how Amanda and Sarek have come to such an understanding of each other and are truly learning to love and accept each other. I still think Amanda is an exceptional individual as I don't think almost any other human could have resided in her shoes. She obviously doesn't think she is remarkable, but that's part of what makes her even more so. I do so enjoy the chapters with T'Pau in them as I find her an especially fascinating character. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and am looking forward to reading the 4th installment in the series... Thanks for sharing them with us! :)

Wow. What an exhausting, emotional rollercoaster of a fanfiction! XD I am not certain if I've had my heartstrings tugged in such a painful manner before this story. I spent most of the day, including through all my classes, reading through this monster, only finishing at the gym! I was entirely enthralled! I find your portrayal of Sarek and Amanda's relationship quite unique, as I do not believe I have seen it portrayed as such; complex and deep in a way that seems unavoidable in hindsight, considering the obstacles they must have encountered in such a union.
Loved the story, regardless of the emotions that were unwillingly elicited. :)

I have been reading this story again. And again I would like to thank you for sharing with us the fruit of your talent. So many emotions I really cannot describe. Brava.

This Author and this series is AMAZING! Oh please continue this... I would rather read this than so called *published* authors. What amazes me is that you are not a recognized Star Trek published author!

A great story that has kept me reading for days and always wishing for more... Thank you !

I enjoyed this story and the ones preceding it a great deal. I don't need to sing its praises; no doubt others have done so before and will continue to do so. I will only say, in the interest of helping something wonderful become even better, that there are a few instances of redundancy and too much internal monologue by the characters sometimes. That said, clearly I liked this story well enough to stick through 77 chapters, not to mention the preceding stories. Thank you for writing it and sharing it with me.

The Holography Series, and Holography 3 in particular, is my favorite Sarek/Amanda fanfiction. Sarek is compelling - powerful, arrogant, passionate, flawed - yet desperately loving Amanda (even if it takes him awhile to figure that out); a classic hero. Amanda is strong, capable, and loving, and the love between them is palpable. T'Pau is fantastic in this series as well; she is complex and she evolves quite a bit form beginning to end. The series' OCs are equally interesting and enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the how-they-met backstory interwoven into Holo 3; it's a great story in and of itself, and I can totally see Sarek doing what he does to get what he wants, and almost being undone by it. I could keep reading more of this forever... Thank you for creating and sharing!

I just did one of my annual rereads of the entire Holography series, chewed through in two days. I have yet to find another story that has captured alien cultures and alien psychology so freaking well, not to mention one of the most adorable realistic marriages I've ever read. To put it mildly I love the hell out of this series. I look forward to anything else you might write in the future!
