Reviews for Loving a Mortal |

![]() ![]() ![]() Did Italy get Joan pregnant? Also, how would he just in that moment figure out she was expecting? I mean, really. If they had /that/ kind of relationship, than eventually Italy should notice she was getting bigger in that its-not-fat area. |
![]() ![]() you should do Cleopatra (Eygpt), Queen Juana (Spain),and King (should be Queen but, Wikipedia says King) Jadwiga (Poland). Oh and Maria Theresa (Austria) . |
![]() ![]() While this chapter is very good, there are a few mistakes in your Russian. Nothing that detracts too much, but I thought I'd let you know, kk? Good night - Spokoynoy nochi, Little one (fem) - Malenkaya odna, and Mercy - Milocerdie. However, if you're going for correct pronunciation, Hello, my queen - Sdravstavuitye, maya karolyeva, Good night - Spakoynay nochi, Little one (fem) - Malyenkaya odna, Mercy - Milacyerdiye, I did... I did this for my... My little Anastasia - Ya sdyelal... Ya sdyelal eta dlya... dlya moyey malyenkay Anastasii, I love you, too - Ya tozhye tyebya lyublyu. Hope this helps, and I love this story! P.S. Here are the Russian versions of your sentences: Hello, my Queen - Здравставуйте, моя королева. Good night - Спокойной ночи. Little one (fem) - Маленькая одна. Mercy - Милосердие. I did... I did this for my... my little Anastasia - Я сделал... я сделал это для... для моей маленькой Анастасии. I love you, too - Я тоже тебя люблю. |
![]() ![]() ![]() *sniffle* I'm not lying when I say that I shed tears several times while reading this! I'm looking forward to more! |
![]() ![]() ![]() ah? what happened? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Kage: Wow...this chapter was REALLY bittersweet. I knew Russia was a big softie though. :) Although I wonder if Rasputin really did do those things to the duchesses. |
![]() ![]() ![]() again, an amazing chapter. there are a few mistake in the chinese though (you still did better than a lot of writters who attempt it). "dìdì" means "little brother" so you don't technically needs a "xiǎo" (which means "little") in the beginning; "xiǎo dìdì" means more like "small little brother" which is kind of...weird. and i have no idea what's "tā de xiūfù", maybe because we don't say "fix somebody" in chinese; you can change it to "kàn kàn tā" ("look at her") or something. |
![]() ![]() ![]() very good, very good. i especially love how you let them say their famous quotes in the stories. |
![]() ![]() ![]() very beautiful and well done. i love a good story between a nation and his/her people. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ahhh so sad :( bad lovi bad. I'm gonna spank your butt till it's red like a monkeys. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this idea of nationxhuman person though sometimes it doesn't compute well in my head ; Gosh I can't wait to see which country pairs up with who |
![]() ![]() ![]() Kage: Wait, THERE WAS A GIRL POPE? *looks it up* Oh it's just a legend. Never mind! But really, this chapter caught me off guard. Didn't really think Veneziano would give the female pope her baby. O-O But his love still dies a horrible, bloody death. Man, people don't realize he's a tragic character until they look up his history or look under his happy personality. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you for doing this series of oneshots. I was waiting for someone to do nation/historical figure but nobody ever does it 'cept for France/Jeanne and England/Elizabeth I. Again, thanks. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Awww now that was also sad. But I really enjoyed this chapter because I learned something new. I think I am going to learn more about this pope. Well anyway great job as usual! |
![]() ![]() That was really sweet. I love all of these stories and am looking forward to more. SpainxIsabel of Castille? |
