| excessivelyperky chapter 22 . 2/12
Ow, that complication sounds nasty-never had that one (though I could give you a fun description of back labor if you want, not to mention the exciting bit when my daughter decided to twirl around the other direction in the middle of a contraction...).
Can't wait to see the headlines and the gossip column in the Prophet about all this.

Yeah, Remus can be happy, can't he? It's not him having all the *fun*.
| excessivelyperky chapter 20 . 2/12
Well, at least *Remus* is allowed to punish the boys. Unless Albus finds out and changes that, too.
Oh, yes, the dancing on the kidneys! What fun that was! (the little guy wore spiked shoes, too).

I wonder what prank the twins are playing now? Hope it doesn't kill anybody. This time.
| excessivelyperky chapter 18 . 2/12
Well, Harry now knows (as if he didn't already) that he can say anything awful he wants to Snape and dear old Dumbledore will bail him out. Great lesson to teach everybody, isn't it? But we saw that in canon, too.
If any of my husband's students (he's a chemistry teacher) ever pulled the cr*p in his classes that the Trio pulled in canon (starting a fire? Really?) he'd have them out of the class right away. Unfortunately, that's not an option in canon-Snape has to teach the stupidest and the most clumsy and the truly dangerous (twins, Draco) without being able to keep them out.

Well...Longbottom's mistakes could kill Snape or the baby, or at least cause Snape's liver to go toes-up. Why is potions a required course, anyway?
Maybe Snape shouldn't be teaching potions-there are surely lots of other toxic things going on in the classes, especially the one where the twins are.

Actually, if he's wearing robes, he can wear pretty much what he wants under them if they're Transfigured a bit bigger...
| excessivelyperky chapter 15 . 2/12
Good Howler! We know from canon that they really don't care who they hurt (Montague could have died, and they're on record as not caring).
I hope Molly does show up in person, they deserve it!
| excessivelyperky chapter 14 . 2/12
Hermione teaching potions? To the seventh years, perhaps? Really? Hello, she's only in third year...and she doesn't get a raft from the other students, many of whom are older than she is? Even the twins?
| excessivelyperky chapter 13 . 2/12
And yet, Remus seems to be perfectly fine with letting Sirius roam around the castle in canon, despite wondering why his dear friend betrayed the Potters.
| excessivelyperky chapter 12 . 2/12
I think Lupin needs to back off. It was *not* Snape's idea to have him there in the first place.
But of course, Severus never gets a choice. Ever. We found that out in canon.
| excessivelyperky chapter 11 . 2/12
Ah yes, the charming smell of eggs and bacon when one has morning sickness, I remember it so well.
But of course Remus doesn't *mean* to make Snape ill, or anything like that...it just happens. Funny thing, that.
| excessivelyperky chapter 10 . 2/12
Oh, yes, the twins are so amusing. They could have made Snape or the child extremely ill by their cute little prank. But Albus, of course, thinks they're hilarious.
Maybe there's a reason Snape became a Death-Eater?
| excessivelyperky chapter 9 . 2/12
What other potions have fluxweed in them? And how much of them has Snape already breathed in while someone was busy melting their cauldron?
| excessivelyperky chapter 8 . 2/12
Well, here's hoping Hermione is up to making a fairly new, master-class potion. But of course she will be.
And as we all know, Remus is *always* responsible about taking it, right?
