This has got to be one of my favorite ichiruki- no, one of my favorite fanfics of all time. You wrote their relationship perfectly; you got the intimacy across, without it being "lovey", and I think it was the best way to illustrate their relationship- closer than friends, but not exactly lovers. It was so easy to imagine this happening, and I wouldn't be surprised if they actually did sleep together during winter nights. It's nice to see in this aspect of their lives where they aren't arguing, and just enjoying eachothers' company. AND you put the perfect amount of teasing/ getting along, which kept them (I'm going to freely use his word, though I can't really) completely in-character.

I personally like the ichiruki relationship this way-the way it was in the manga: with their casual-understanding-and-somewhat-romantic interactions!

Good usage of sensory details. My brain is currently at 25% capacity at the moment, however, so I am quite clueless on what to critique you on. You had a wonderful blend of details and dialogue, enough so that it wasn't just the dreaded "MUSHROOM FORMAT OF DOOM".
