This is like the fourth Mass effect/Halo cross over that I've read that just ends abruptly whilst at its peak. Must be a curse or something.

I always revisit this story at least twice a year.

Not bad but please just use the names or « she/he » its much more natural than to read all those epithets.
And show dont tell, no need for description all the time.

Also Spartan are bad with expressing themselves but theyre not stupid and are adaptable, I feel like too many people forget theyre not emotionally unitelligent bricks.

Yeah the whole "They attacked I reacted" is just straight up a lie unless im reading it wrong it only says grunt reached for him in the pod for chief attacked?
