Honestly I figure Rin and Luvia are going to he helping Shirou out in the war like the Master of Lancer from the 4th War got his fiance to help him out with supplying power to Diarmuid.

Either that or Shirou's house is built on a leyline (Which I wouldn't be surprised if that was why Kiritsugu decided to settle down with Shirou at.) Caster is going to take over her and Other Saber's temple again.
