This was one of the first mlp fics I ever read and it is still so special to me all these years later. It’s such a sweet and hopeful story. Thank you for writing Moonbeam; it means so much to me.

Okay, so first of all, I'm not really a MLP fan. But one of my friends is, and she made me watch the Nightmare Moon episodes. I actually liked Luna's arch a lot, so I looked to see if there were any good fanfics out there. Apparently there were!

I loved this! Your character building was on point, and the details were wonderfully written. I stayed up until three in the morning to finish it, so good job. XD

This was the best fan fiction I have ever read and it explains why luna is not around in the first season. You did a good job makeing your characters come alive to the point were I look for them in the show. I hope you finish your other works thankyou for the story

This is an awesome fanfic. I'm not really into mlp, but I like Princess Luna and this is a really good insight into her life. (That kinda sounds weird. Oh well)

I had read this story thinking of one other thing rather than awesome. So messed up! You said Pine Needles talks weird, but on a scale of one to ten, he rates as 4 while(here is where I mean this gets all messed up)Luna rates 9! Luna talks way weirder than pine needles! For instance, watch the Luna Eclipsed episode! You'll see what I mean. Still trying to figure out who the other pony is when she says "we".(Nightmare Moon?!)

Aaaagh, I am so jealous right now! How does everypony else come up with good my little pony names, but I don't? Btw, the song smile and sing(or what tune I guessed) got stuck I my head for awhile. Where are all these great singers/composers coming from? There's "awake and alive", "sorrowful regretful", "enchanted", "lullaby for a Princess"! All so awesome! Currently addicted to lullaby for a Princess and enchanted.

This was amazing and halarious (I'm referring to when twilight said do it the pinkie way and spike made all these hilarious guesses! LOL!) I also love that you mentioned when this was happening. That makes it mostly acurate to the show. But does that mean Luna was in filly form or season two form? Oh so many questions that won't get answered!
