Reviews for Our Megumis
melay chapter 1 . 3/12/2012
hmmm...how do i say this. megumi is certainly an interesting character. i'm not a great fan of her and never will be for the simple fact that she tends to put others down (kaoru & sano). i couldn't care less about her flirting, but she does tends to annoy me when she couldn't give a simple advice to kaoru without being mean. i admit that she's strong and independent. nice one btw.
TrisakAminawn chapter 1 . 7/14/2006
Looks like this 'our' genre was quite popular for a while. Mm...must convince I've never paid much heed to Megumi, but I'll probably pay a bit more now, just because this forced me to run through her for a while. Aw. This is one of the sadder I've seen in the genre. People are mean to Megumi-sensei. Good use of the looped themes, and the name thing. Heh.
Warg chapter 1 . 4/14/2006
Hey...

An awesome tribute to one of my fav Rk chars...

The simple prose complements the character beautifully as does the repetitions of namelessness ...

The ending is moving and beautiful..

This was a great read... ty..

Cya..
SpaceRoses chapter 1 . 1/30/2006
This tribute sums up Megumi so perfectly. I really like the part where you explained how Sano was what she needed to complete her. Keep up the great work!
starry night blue chapter 1 . 6/3/2005
That was really beautiful! _! I really liked it!

I really just don't get why most people hate Megumi, it's not fair, she's really great!
mirune keishiko chapter 1 . 5/24/2005
you have said it perfectly.

Our Megumi will never die-we'll all make sure of that.

Shimizu Hitomi chapter 1 . 1/10/2004
Thank you for writing this. Megumi is, without doubt, the most multi-faceted female character in RK. She is the embodiment of an independent woman. The only other two RK females with any sort of depth are Tomoe and Yumi, but both of their characters revolve around love and overwhelming loyalty. Megumi is unique, and she is strong.
To quote a Gundam Wing slogan I've seen on some banners: "You call me a bitch... like it's a bad thing."
Once again, thank you for this piece.
samurai-swords-maid chapter 1 . 11/15/2003

This was great it really showed the true Megumi!
Crazy Demon chapter 1 . 6/8/2003
You know, I already reviewed this fic. But I just read it again and I had to review it again. This tribute does our Megitsune the justice she deserves. I hope this shows everyone else what a special character she is and how she rises above the other female characters of the series. She just has a depth and dimension (as you so poetically put it _) that the other girls do not possess. I salute you once more on behalf of me and my fellow Megumi-fans. May our (and Sano's I might add) Megitsune remain in our hearts for as long as we live.
was-p.s.y.r.k chapter 1 . 2/8/2003
that about sums it all .

being a meg writer, i give you my deepest appreciations.

SwordSkill chapter 1 . 6/4/2002
Whew. Talk about appreciation for being a Megumi writer myself. Tha' woming shore wuz no mam'selle in distreyss, you kin betcha. Great job, great work. All the big, complimenting words just left my head because I'm left speechless by the genius and the soul of this work...so pardon me if I only, simply lift a toast to our Megumi, who deserves so much more. May she live forever in our hearts, this woman that we have all grown to love.
