A great fic :) I especially loved the latter part where John and Sherlock discussed the things that are normally unspoken. Sherlock is really sweet to John, and I love how you dealt with the whole 'friend or colleague' question. I think there were a few points were John and Sherlock were out of character and it was sometimes difficult for me to visualise them in that scenario, but then again it's not as if these issues have been dealt with on an actual episode of Sherlock and we simply don't know how they would react. Overall definitely an enjoyable read so thanks for sharing! :)

I loved the adopted brother line and how they talked about the friend/colleague comment. And I liked how you had Sherlock take care of the ASBO situation, especially since the episode itself never showed how that was resolved. John noticing that he's the only one Sherlock genuinely smiles at was great too. The friendship between them really comes through very nicely here.

This is great. And I like your other Sherlock story too. You write the friendship between these characters so well. Since this one is set after The Blind Banker and the other one after The Great Game, will you write one just after A Study in Pink too? That would be fun.

This was so sweet. I love how you wrote John. He's such a good and kind person. I also love how you wrote Sherlock caring about his court date/ASBO and money problems. Their friendship came through very nicely. The mention of how Sherlock smiles differently for John was great too. It is more geniune. You can see it in the first episode after they finish chasing the cab and at the end with the joke about the killer. I especially liked how Sherlock thought of John as his adopted brother. It fits their relationship and how Sherlock became so attached to him very quickly.

Awwww, this made me so warm and fuzzy inside by the end. I love stories like this that let Sherlock and John have their affectionate moments without it being slash. The last line made it so perfect. And yay for canon refs! :D Great piece here. I hope it gets more reviews.
