This. Is. Amazing. It's so powerful! I was so confused at first, but then when it dawned on me that it wasn't Blaine, it was his father, I got chills. I love that there is a story like this, instead of just 'Blaine's parents hate him because he's gay. I have one of those, but I honestly way prefer his parent written like this. This story makes me ache, and I desperately want to know how it turned out!

Okay so the first time I read this I was so totally sure it was from Blaine's POV, so when I got to the line "we never spoke again" after it described the driveway scene, I thought that Klaine had broken up and, with tears in my eyes (seriously, I was crying) I exited out and looked for a another fic. Today, I read one of your other stories and loved it so much that I decided, hey, why not give this one another shot. Again, I was so sure it was Blaine, so when it was revealed that the narrator's son'so name was Blaine I, naturally, became very confused, but also very determined to finish reading the story this time. And when it was revealed that the narrator was, in fact, Walter, I got REALLY into the story. When I finished reading, the only thought I could fathom was "wow".

This was so... heartbreaking and beautiful. Thank you for share this with us :D

OHMYGOD. I am bookmarking this and sharing it with all of my friends. That was perfect! As incredibly sad as this is, I'd prefer it to the usual Blaine's dad.

I've been revisiting your completed stories this morning and, as I've stated in other reviews (not having reviewed them the first time since I was new to the fanfic world and felt a bit unsure of myself), I'm constantly amazed at how easily I am transported and how easily I still get caught by the twists and turns-even when I'm expecting them during a reread.

This time was no exception.
