Well, I'm a little bit sad I just discovered this, but at the same time kinda glad that I did because I don't think I could handle this fic as a WIP. I was tense enough just reading it all in one go, but it was truly spectacular. I nearly threw my computer off my bed at one point because I was feeling so much all at once and it came out directed at my computer, which really isn't a bad thing.

You did so well at integrating intense and powerful emotions into your fic. Every word was delivered and written in such a way to make the reader feel what Kurt was feeling (and in some instances what Blaine might be feeling). I found myself near tears several times in this fic because Kurt was near tears or because Kurt was upset in some way. Or because I couldn't get past, 'what the hell happened with Blaine?' My brain came up with some crazy theories, though nothing near as crazy as the rumours you mentioned. And nothing that could have been more perfect than what you had happen.

The bullying was just brilliant; the fact that Serena was bullied so badly was an inspired choice. Especially when you have Kurt beaten so badly. The flashbacks I bet Blaine felt in that moment. It fit so well into your story and it made perfect sense once it was revealed. Simply perfect, really.

Plus, I love how you developed Blaine in this. He was so beautifully broken, yet we got to watch him heal just as Kurt did. It was such an amazing journey to follow. Additionally, you played on something that I feel is inherent to Blaine's character to create your Blaine. And that is his openness. I've always looked at Blaine as a considerably kind, sweet, and open soul (the way he portrayed himself at Dalton to me was also just an act to fill the uniform), so it was so realistic to me that Blaine who lets those he's close to have some modicum of power of him control him, just fit. Then, you played on his constant need for approval which we saw only glimpses of when you were writing this fic (after all season 3 has confirmed how essential this is to his character) but you were writing this before that and you captured it perfectly. He couldn't gain his father's approval, so he had to punish himself and what better way to punish himself than to take himself away from being open with people, from being true to his nature. It really is gorgeous to read. Your Blaine just felt so real to me, in some many ways. I could see that happening to him in the show. I could see him breaking that way. You allowed him to be what you needed for your fic, while keeping him true to canon (this is one of the key things I look for in what I consider excellent fanfiction, and you certainly hit that with every character your brought in).

Then, there is Kurt. Your Kurt characterization was just so perfect to how I feel Kurt is a lot of the times. He's got his snark, his sass, but that's really just a defense mechanism. Who Kurt really is is a boy who cares really deeply for those he let's in. Who wants to help them. And Blaine became that person for him. I also loved how Kurt wasn't the perfect hero in this story. Yes, he saved Blaine, but it was also so integral that Blaine saved Kurt as well. That they become each other's supports system. If Kurt had been perfect in this, it wouldn't have held so much emotional power and sway.

Finally, Santana was perfect. And there's really nothing else I can say to that.

One thing, I loved (but kinda wished you dealt with more) was the whole issue of Blaine and Karofsky. You left a lot of that to subtext, which was fine because it wasn't the main point of your story. But why did you choose to have Karofsky go after Blaine instead of Kurt? I liked that you did because it was really interesting, but why? I would have loved to see it dealt with just a bit more, maybe in something as simple as Kurt and Blaine talking about it a bit more. Either way, it was a lovely addition to your story, and I might just being a little bit greedy about it.

I feel like there is so much more I could say, because there is (my review is hardly doing justice to capture how amazing I feel this fic is) but I'm sick and tired (it's four a.m) but I will say I wasn't even halfway through and I wanted to add this story to my favorites. Now, that may seem strange to say, but I am super picky with my favorites, and I want to confirm that the entire story is pretty amazing before I put it in my favorites. I usually wait for the complete story to be read before I add it, but with this I had to restrain myself from adding it at the end of every single chapter. This fic was just amazing and beautiful and stunning in so many different ways. You truly did an wonderful job with this. I plan to check out the rest of your stories in the near future. Truly you did a wonderful job, brava.

it was lovely, it was interesting, intriguing and i was reading it nonstop whole trip from work to home, over dinner, in bathtub, and then untill wooo hours in the night...

and while reading last three chapters, I played 'Fix you' from 'Asian F' episode on repeat AND FOUNTANED TEARS. Like, seriously.

I havent reviewed any of the other chapters but i couldnt put it off any further. Oh my goodness this story is brilliant. It's so simple and its awesome. The way you tie things together and build up the plot is just amazing. I'm in love :)

Where do I even begin?

I found it and read fist to chapters, and I was completely taken by the story. The idea of this just gets me, and it's truly a beautiful story here.

I felt so sorry fore Blaine and Kurt, When I learned what happen to Blaine I just wanted to go into the story and hold around him and tell him how it was not his fault. I cried a lot though this story too ( I really go into the story's I read) and at some point I couldn't see any happy ending for it, but then the end come and it ended so much stronger and better then in my wildest hope.

Read this story on a day too, you're story are way to good not to read all at once, it' like a book I can't lay down, just have to keep on reading.

If there was an award I could give you, you would get it, but since I can't we will just have to live with the knowing I would love to give one to you.

Really just wanted to say you have done a lovely job with this story. I almost stopped reading at about chapter 6 because it was getting so sad and angsty and I couldn't see how things could be brought back to a positive end, but I'm so glad I came back and read the rest.

I love so much of the emotional comments between Kurt and Blaine, especially in the later chapters where B starts to open up.I am absolutely melted by the romance in the last chapter or so when they keep stepping on the line between friend and romance with the touch of a hand etc, especially when they actually sort it out and get together,aaaahhhhhhhhh *flail*
