| sherryola chapter 2 . 5/4/2011 my much beloved grandmother lost her husband, when she was only 52, and she never stopped loving him. she lived a rich full life and died at 72. She still couldn't talk about "Hubbvy" without crying, and she wore her wedding ring, till they had to cut it off her hand when she had breast surgery due to cancer. So, for me, this epilogue was eloquent and beautiful, in its own sad way. I could just think of Granny, and how she loved Hubby all her life, even though she was able to have a happy life after his death. Thanks for writing it this way. |
| animegaijingirl chapter 2 . 5/4/2011 I think this was indeed an HEA, though bittersweet. I hope there are no haters you have to deal with, I think it's a great ending, very fitting and true to the characters. It's funny, it took me awhile to warm up to the story, but for some reason I had to read it. As each chapter came into the inbox it slowly moved up into the "oooh, it updates yipee" list and stayed there throughout. Thanks for writing. |
