![]() ![]() ![]() Your Epi was beautiful. True to life and certainly memorable. Thank goodness for waterproof mascara! It's interesting to read a story that is complete, but looking back took you two years to write. What an amazing journey I didn't know existed until now, but I'm glad I had the chance to read it. Best of luck to you and your busy life! |

![]() ![]() ![]() yesyov, Thank you for a fabulous story! I read it first a month ago at another author's recommendation. I loved the mature Edward and Bella and their love story. I was so moved by Bella's personal struggles as a pregnant teen in the 80's and Edward's patient persistence. I re read it recently and for some reason did not see the last chapter on my initial read with the story of Edward's illness. It too was so moving. Today as I was up early to write a thank you and a review and there was the epilogue. Tears and tears. My #6 said why are you crying you love your Edward and Bella stories! Indeed I am crying but your ending was so perfect. Your story deals with all of life the happiness and the sad moments. Life is all about choices and your characters made so many choices with large consequences but learned from them. And in the end they all finally chose love and were so much happier and better for it! TTTB is now in my top 5 stories. I will reread again and again. Thanks so much for sharing it. I am impressed by your dedication to this story especially with 5 at home! I also see how the last chapter could have been 10 chapters! I look forward to your story in the floods fundraiser. Godspeed, jo6 |
![]() ![]() ![]() so wonderful and well written While some might not call it a HEA I think it is, after a fashion. A love that transcends death is never a SAD end to a story or a life. Sure it would be nice if every story ended with them growning ancient together and dying peacefully in their sleep at the same moment - but life doesn't happen that was and you have captured a real love and in real love someone is let behind to honor that love. Thanks for a beautiful story |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've put off reading the Epilogue- I've been sick and knew I would end up crying and raising my fever. I did today, and it was worth it. Would I prefer the happy ever after? I surely wouldn't mind it. But life is unpredictable, and I agree that truly loving someone and cherishing that love does go beyond death. And it's your story to tell; you gave us plenty of warning. Thank you for writing it so beautifully. Now why don't you go write us a second installment of Mind Your Manners, and some hot, steamy angry sex ;) |
