This is a very interesting start! I didn't read the A/N at the beginning until after I finished the chapter so I was surprised that Harry recognized Snape! I've read quite a few stories in which the Dursleys dump a young Harry (with no knowledge of the Wizarding World) onto Snape's doorstep, so I'm really looking forward to what you have planned here with a teenaged Harry! I can't wait to see their reactions to one another! Anyway, your description of Harry's growing inner turmoil throughout this chapter is perfect. I'd love to read more! _
