I read this story and it was ok. Bella and Edward were a little insecure and pathetic. I felt like they were both girls. Really. Both of them were just too much. Ugh...usually it takes me a day or 2, at the most, to read that long of a story I really enjoy, and your story took me over a week because I dreaded reading it.
Whining and crying and not thinking they are good enough and crying and whining and just on and on. And really, when you make Bella a whore who can't Fuck just one person, why would you have Edward try to commit to that type of woman? She was messing with him while she messed with aro. Just nasty...but that wasn't the biggest problem. The two girl relationship was. Edwina and crybaby Bella. That's what the comic should have been called. There's sensitive and then there's your Edward and Bella. Yuck.
So, yeah, story was ok. :)

I loved Animate Me when I read it a few yrs ago. I really loved it so much Edward was so talented and I loved that Bella believed in him I don't remember the details. But I just know it was a well written story. I read the review by the resder who mentioned the Golden Age of animation especially the brilliant talented animators at Disney. CGI has nothing on the Disney studios. As for Fantasia no CHI tech at a computer could never hope to create a film as brilliant as that movie. I stopped reading Twilight stories a couple of yrs ago so I didn't know your story was published. Congratulations. Have to look for it.

Why is there only 2 chapters up? Chapters 38 and 39?

Whoa! I actually bought "Animate Me" on my Kindle months (or maybe a year) ago after reading Rainbow Rowell's "Attachments". I had no idea it was Twilight fanfiction, though as I was reading it, I remember thinking that the characters did remind me of Twilighters

Anyway, I loved "Animate Me" and I love that people are wedging their way into the published book industry after starting out with fanfiction. (It's incredibly inspirational for other fanfiction writers.) I wish I'd had a chance to read this version of "Animate Me" though; I'm sure it was something special too.

Is this only two chapters?

I am soooo proud of you! This was one of my favorite stories you have written. To see someone that has made me laugh and cry with their wonderful humor and writing accomplish something so grand gives me hope for my own stories I have yet to put out here on FFiction for fear of the people that like to say negative things. I can't wait to get on Amazon when I get home and put some of my favorite stories on my Kindle! WAY TO GO! I hope I can be brave and do things like this one day... you give me hope :) LoveCake :)

Ne vous laisser pas traduire par n'importe qui. On lit quelquefois des traductions bourrées de fautes, même sur Amazon.

I remember reading this story a while back... And I'd simply loved it.. I somehow never got around to seeing the blog.. So when I searched for it today.. It was gone...and then I came here to see the story gone too :( just wanted to tell you that we will miss our to onward... And im cursing myself now for having waited so long for a reread.. I will never get that again.. :(

I wondered why it was pulled, and then I found out why! While I'm sad to see Toonward gone, I'm glad I know have him in another form. Now I'll be off! And congrats! *grabs iPod and opens kindle app*

So what do you say to the author who has had years of reviews on a story you just found and 'acquired' in a perfectly respectable manner? ;) Hell if I know. I guess just be honest and say you deserved every positive review and I am adding mine to the tally.
I grew up with Disney in what I consider their golden age (that may be totally bogus to an animator who knows the history of animation - it would be MY golden age) when the work was truly stunning and it took you to a different place. To me, in those days, there was nothing commercial about Disney; it was all about the quality and the job well done. How naive I probably was, but I don't care. That period was magical.
Your story brought back some of that feeling. I am a bit jaded these days with certain companies. I'm afraid it's a sign of the times and that makes me sad for the people you introduced me to that have nothing to do with that aspect of the business. It's a shame that we can't tell all those folks how much we appreciate the work and craft and skill they put into these productions as opposed to the suits that try to wring every dime out of every aspect of a piece of work. I would just give a lot to be able to let the artists who worked on 'Fantasia' know how mesmerized I was by that movie. 'Sleeping Beauty' probably caused my lifelong fascination with dragons while 'Cinderella' and 'Bambi' made me believe one day I'd be able to talk to animals. Magic was real and truth and right prevailed in stunning pictures. I was so hooked. If I had met one of those artists as a child I would have acted like THEY were Prince Charming. That's where my priorities lay.
So, I guess what I am epically trying to say is that I really loved the glimpse into the animators' lives and Bella does exist in some of us.
In trying to tell you how much I identify with and enjoy your story this has become all about me and, for that, I apologize. Maybe my enthusiasm will show how much your story inspired me and reminded me of the things I used to enjoy and may one day again. (Comic-Con gets more and more expensive...)
Now, I just need to get the copy of your book and all will be right in my universe. Thank you for all the hard work and bringing this story to me,
