| Gennell chapter 37 . 3/6
If it meant she would stay gone, I would say who cares? Just saying.
| tpea1288 chapter 18 . 3/6
Here's the problem-cowardice! Edward should have drawn boundaries from the start. His family needn't warmly embrace Bella when they first meet. However, they MUST be civil & courteous. Given their history, Edward should have received their pledges of decent behavior before he brought Bella. First sign of rudeness or incivility, he & Bella leave. Contact with the rude is cut off until the offenders express remorse & promise good behavior.
Edward spends time with whatever family is civil. He does not remonstrate, lecture or thunder. He leaves whenever bad behavior is present.
Rinse & repeat!
Offenders will mend their ways or resign themselves with having estranged their son & disgusted decent people.

| MaryMary123 chapter 37 . 3/6
Been so long I had to reread. I really need to reread more to get myself back into the story more.
| BridieM chapter 37 . 3/6
Really excellent chapter. I agree with Bella 'they just can't seem to catch a break'! :D
| ecullensgurl chapter 37 . 3/6
Wow, that was an intense chap and I loved it! The old wack job, also known as Esme, is at it again. I think she needs to be taken care of and it doesn't necessarily mean it has to be done humanely. Sorry. She's put everyone in her life through hell and who knows what she did or said to James to make him worse than he already was. And Edward shouldn't have to cleanup after her messes. But, the best part of the chap was Matthew's birth and Edward and Bella's feelings and reactions in regards to being new parents. Awesome chap and please update soon :)
| robfans chapter 37 . 3/6
James knew that Esmee is crazy still he got involved with her. that was his reward for using the crazy woman with his evil deeds.

| team rob chapter 37 . 3/6
james should know better than to trust esme
| HopeStreet chapter 37 . 3/6
Esme is all kinds of cray-cray. As much as I hate her and her actions and her vile words and criminal intent and the hell she's made everyone's lives, she is one of all-time favorite narcissistic nutjobs ever.
| xshynenstarx chapter 37 . 3/6
No wonder she didn't care that he died. She wanted to rob him blind.
| sherylb chapter 37 . 3/6

| Kerry Hale chapter 37 . 3/6
