I definitely picked a good read for my first Adventure Time fic ever. This is fantastic!

This was pretty fucking incredible. Almost made me shed a tear, the way you wrote it almost made me feel like I was watching the show, and the story flows perfectly in the most natural way possible. Being able to write fanfiction that adds in a new element to the story (like actual romance and an increase in age) that doesn't change the characters or universe in a negative way, while keeping the story entertaining throughout is a rare and valuable talent indeed. Thank you for writing this, it has renewed my faith in the possibility of good fanfiction.

I not one to fully support this shipping, but yet again, it was written in 2011. This story interested me from the start! It really got me emotional and almost made me shed a tear. I also liked how you make Marceline a human at the end, just to for... I can't even say anything right now! In other words, amazing story, emotional too, and keep on writing! It's also best read with music. I would say more but I just can't describe it!

This left me in tears, it is sheer brilliance, I swear. I'm sad though that it ended. But all is well that was perfect as perfect can be so thank you.

Overall I really liked this story. It had a pretty good plot and even better characterization, and managed to pull off a love triangle without making either girl unsympathetic. Really great work!

Wow, seriously, I effin loved it. Your writing style has this relax flow to it and its beautiful. You managed to keep the characters within their personality so well. Even if I'm a little late on finding this story...I just have to say, despite all the canon material they have now in the series, this story sounds almost believable like in an actual episode (in a more mature way).

lol I kept myself awake at night just to finish this story. It's already 4:24 AM here lol That's how great your story was. This is def going in my favs.

Very nice. It would be too sad if Finn were really all alone, how miserable that would be! Even if it's only one other person to spend your life with, loneliness never suited anyone. This was a good story, it's a bit dated and ignores Susan...I mean if you believe she's human, I guess here you don't.

I've noticed something odd about these Adventure Time fics. There's a large amount of excellent ones already completed.

Didn't even know it was a romance (only read the description since I just wanted to read something) until...not sure when it hit me. Thought it was just going to be about Finn and the other humans. I can definitely say I am glad I was wrong.

Great stuff here anyone that reads reviews before reading. Don't let the "romance" or "Marceline" bit instantly turn you away. It's definitely worth a read.

this was amazing. like, totally amazing. i loved it. it was beautiful. lol. i know how it feels when people r like, that was amazing do more! and you have no idea what you would do if you did do more, but i'm gonna tell you that you should do like a sequal or something. you don't have to, but it would be mega to the ubes awesome if you did:) loved it!

I'm sorry, as much as I love how well written this story is, and how amazing the plot all turned out, I completely disagree with the ending.

You really can't have PB make all that self sacrifice to be left in the dust, Marceline should be have like a rebound thing for Finn, it really wasn't the right thing to do in terms of Finn himself.

The amount of self-sacrifice PB done for Finn should have been recognized not just by Finn himself, but by the plot too. It really disappointed me they didn't end up being together in the end. There was just too much to lay down on PB, above everything Marceline didn't deserve Finn as much as PB did.

That's the ONE thing I disagree with about this fanfic.

In the end though, the plot all came together really smoothly, there were no loose ends and no plot holes, it was all perfect other then that one thing. Amazingly written, i'll check out your other fanfics now _.
