However, I do feel like there should've been a conversation between Sakura and Naruto about why she kept Sasuke quiet and then maybe another between Sakura and Sasuke about... stuff? Idk. It's ok though. This was still amazing!

Oh, man. The Naruto/Sasuke encounter was not what I expected. I thought that maybe Sakura would find them and stop Naruto before they killed each other or something.
Also, I thought Sasuke would be more confused and vulnerable when he remember everything! Sadly the anger makes sense I guess :(

Wow, this is so, so good! I like the bits of irritable Sasuke that are coming out; it's very familiar lol. Also, Ino's comment on Sakura and Naruto is so spot-on and heart-breaking. I've never thought of it quite like that before.

Wow... I know it's been a few years since you've written this...but I hope this review reaches you at some point. I've read all of the chapters straight through in roughly 3 hours. I'm awed by the astounding descriptions you so delicately laced through each chapter-each paragraph-each sentence-each phrase! I caught myself hanging on every word, imagining how each character would feel in the situation-think in the situation. All of the words painted such a vivid image of the emotions-the setting-it's been a long time since I've read a fanfic that had such great writing. I'm so happy to have discovered this masterpiece after so long! To be quite honest, I'm definitely a NaruSaku fan-but this story has renewed my love for SasuSaku. The Sasuke that you created here-becoming raw and human again-was very real. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece with all of us... and for keeping it up all of these years. I hope, wherever you are in life right now, that you are still writing in good health. Because what a wasted talent it would be if not so! Take care, and thank you again :).

omg i really enjoyed this fic? it is a surprise because i'm not really someone who enjoys sasusaku or the way that he makes her feel small, but i found this fic believable, and it made me feel ~emotions~, and it had just the right about of angst. thank you so much for writing!

I'm appalled by the lack of justice depicted in this story -

I don't understand how Sasuke and Amaya got away without any punishment for physically assaulting Sakura?! And, how could Sakura simply forgive Sasuke without him showing any form of redemption?

The "happy end" now sadly feels like a bitter insult.

This is by far the most beautiful piece of writing on this site. I have read this story over 5 times and each time, my heart always feels so heavy. The way you write really brings the characters and setting alive. When I'm reading this, it doesn't feel like I'm reading at all. It feels as though I'm actually there with Sakura, like I'm feeling her pain too. That sounds dramatic but it's true. The story flowed so well even though you wrote it over the course of many months. It was beautiful and fulfilling and I will continue to reread this story for as long as it's still up.
What a touching and emotional story, I'm in awe.
