A great story. I can see Kirk coming up with such a program to make the lives of his 2 best friends easier. And I can see Starfleet being stupid enough to refuse to adopt such a medical improvement - would be too logical and we know how logical the current political leaders are NOT. ;)

This was absolutely wonderful. Really, it was. Especially because Kirk was able to have an actual police chase on Vulcan.

Appropriate that Dr. McCoy called him Sherlock Holmes, since apparently he is a descendant of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Wow; everyone expects Spock to be the calm, responsible driver. But I guess if the captain's in danger, he's going to prioritize. I love McCoy's running commentary, also.
