| moonys revenge chapter 18 . 11/12/2013
FYI Galadriel did sail before cleleborn the last ship that left the havens (in middle earth) for valinor (the undying lands) contained the ALL the remaining ring bearers save one
this includes Gandalf who was given the ring of fire by whomever (elf) centuries before
Elrond who wielded the ring of air given to him by gil galad before he died at the bottom of mount doom in the battle where isiurdor cut the ring from saurons hand and later took it for himself (the last alliance ?)
Galadriel who possessed the ring of adamant one of the original 3 the elven rings were given to
Bilbo who took the one ring from Golum on his adventures with the dwarves to destroy smug the dragon (the tale/events given in the hobbit) part of why he was allowed to stay so many years in the house of Elrond because they knew what would happen to him ere the fate of the one ring was decided
And Frodo who was of course the ringer bearer leading to the rings destruction
There is never anything definitive given about Sam who bore the ring for only a few hours or a couple of days but if you read the final tale of years/ appendixes in return of the king one of the last things Sam does in his old age is give the red book (consisting of Bilbo's account of his adventure, Frodo's account of the fellowship/destruction of the ring along with Sam's final additions to history both in the shire and out of it at the beginning of the 4th age) to his daughter Elenor who married a man (hobbit) from the Westmarch and the book was thus kept in the keeping of the Westmarch before he left the shire the final time rumored to be headed for the havens or a ship that would eventually take him to Valinor
returning to Galadriel again reading the appendixes in return of the king you discover several things were happening at once while we know Frodo and Sam were trekking to mount doom, remaining parts fighting in Gondor, Pelenor fields, the black gates mirkwood was attacked by the enemy, Galadriel brought down the gates of Dol Gildor I believe (or at least some gate of the enemy within elven lands
Once the enemy was driven out completely from both Loth Lorien and Mirkwood it states Celeborn and thranduil met in the forest/ woods to discuss new boarders for their lands and Mirkwood was renamed greenwood the great and that Celeborn stayed in Lorien for sometime
No exact date is given but we know that Celeborn and Galadriel like Elrond attended the wedding of Aragorn (king ellessar) and lady Arwen but that Lorein was quiet upon his death with Arwen left the white city Minus Teirith and fled to Lorien where she laid herself on cirm Amroth (the same place they pledged their troth) and died before the next spring.

A nice ending
| p95000 chapter 19 . 6/22/2011
I'm glad Glorfindel and Erestor talked. Hope nothing bad happened to Haldir.
| p95000 chapter 18 . 6/21/2011
The ending was sweet when Celebron asked if he can court Erestor.
| p95000 chapter 17 . 6/20/2011
I can't blame Glorfindel for being mad at Erestor but at the same time I feel sorry for Erestor.
| p95000 chapter 16 . 6/17/2011
Looks like Erestor was raped since he passed out after drinking wine.
| p95000 chapter 1 . 6/16/2011
Finished all 15 chapters. Love the ups and downs between all the relationships. I don't believe for one moment Erestor would betray anyone. I'm looking for more of this story.
| Duilin chapter 12 . 6/9/2011
Duilin: I always knew you had an odd fetish for Sea Elves, Ecthelion.
Ecthelion: Shut up, Duilin -
Duilin: Even in Gondolin, when Egalmoth kissed you on a drunk dare, and you gave him an eye as black as your hair. We tried to get an elleth for you, and what do you do? Blurt out the name of that Sea Elf. Valar help us -
Anyways... WHOO! Happy ending!
| Duilin chapter 11 . 6/6/2011
Cirdan, an Elf that was probably born near Cuiv. and Ecthelion, Elf-lord of Gondolin... An interesting combination. But I still like it. :P
| Duilin chapter 9 . 6/3/2011

I read the tenth chapter before this way... lol
| Duilin chapter 10 . 6/3/2011

| Duilin chapter 6 . 6/1/2011
I realise that I forgot to review this chapter too. So, curse my stupidity. Anyways... I am totally holding you to your word.
But give me a moment - still trying to adjust to the fact that Erestor has a father.
| Duilin chapter 7 . 6/1/2011
On SECOND thought, I want to kill Hadereth. This is such a dramatic change :O
| Duilin unsigned in chapter 5 . 5/31/2011
Hah, you know where to find me. But I must say, I like the connection between Erestor and Ecthelion. He sailed to Valinor?
And someone get a hot brand here so I can burn Morsilme.
