It’s disappointing how you seem to make Jane the favored character over John, I thought I was going to see a nice sibling dynamic and here you have them bickering over some petty shit. You make John look impulsive and an idiot around the crew especially around Miranda, just seems like your adding pointless drama when it isn’t even necessary.

Okay, but how is this John's fault. If Jane wasn't injured the results would have been the same.

If Jane doesn't end up with garrus or John with Miranda, I'm calling it they land with eachother.

I love the humour in this fanfic but, unfortunately, for it to work the characters need to behave and think like little children, not adult men and women highly trained in warfare and no doubt even inner team psychology. Like, the male Shepard is a complete idiot here. Instead of gathering every member and having a long talk about what happened, especially coming up with a good explanation of what happened to the authorities (there's no way 'this man is another version of me' would ever work), they do nothing. This is something you never tell anyone if you don't want to end up demoted or worse, in some interrogation cell and possibly a mental ward afterwards.
It's a good story, though, definitely well written.

I wouldn't be surprised if they got together somehow.

I know this is a old chapter, but as someone who romanced jack in mass effect 2 I can say you actually got her vulnerable side pretty good. She seemed to switch between serious and not pretty easily

Having 2 Normandys would be a tactical advantage in the upcoming battles. They should keep both ships because they're both assets! Keep the crews split but go on missions together so on-planet they're all together. THAT would make more sense logically than just abandoning a perfectly-functioning SR-1.

That being said... I'm excited to see how merging squads affects them all emotionally and how they all get along.

Well this has been a fun read, just two outstanding questions. 1. Why didn't garrus tell tali not to send parts to her father since he has now had two oppertunities. 2. Legion would not be that much more advanced considering he was made either shortly before or shortly after shepards death, he may be cutting edge but not futuristic.

Yay! Good to see them start over. And what a good rescue mission! Though I kinda wanted more drama on the rescue and more details, but this was fine too.

So please recommend add more details on some of the more dramatic fights, especially when the rescue of feron and Liara placement as the shadow broker :)

Btw, and small possible chance, we might have veteran Cerberus agent Randall Ezno from Mass effect infiltrator join the crew? I really love that character and will fill a slot to the infamous Normandy team since he disappears after his solo mission and helps the alliance as resource :)
