Cool I want to try
His name is Ragnvald(please don't ask his last name)
He is Greenland(or greenlandish decent)
His age is 15 (but he will lie sometimes)
He wears a polarbear fur coat, has black hair that looks a little like Japan's but covering the ears. He is a hard-worker, but can be a bit flustered by the inventions of today and all around normal stuff. He likes to go fishing. He would want the lisence to be able to drive on the roads that his big brother's(Denmark) house is near, although there are no roads in Greenland so that might be a problem. He has blue eyes and is relatively short for his age. Science his coat is so long he ocasionaly trips over it sometimes.
I think that's about it. Pm me if I misses something!

Oh, wow! I love the idea...I'm just going to have a root about in my OC cupboard...I'm sure I'll find some nice ones in here...
Name: Elizabeth (Lizzie) Kirkland
Country of Birth: England
County of Birth: Warwickshire
Appearance: Long blonde hair, usually tied back in a single plait or ponytail. Blue eyes, short, slim, not ugly but not beautiful. Long legs. Average bust; not loli but not busty. Has the devil eyebrows
Personality: Nice at first, tends to get impatient very quickly. Adores manga/anime, has very strict morals. As a side effect of these two traits, is not very popular and gets very depressed easily. Enjoys reading, writing and art, loathes competitive sport of all types.
I have another...?
Name: Alize Beilshmidt
Country of birth: Germany
Town of birth: Solingen
Appearance: short messy blonde hair, blue eyes, busty. Average height, long legs.
Personality: A bit weird. Likes stealing bikes from Lars (Netherlands) while cackling madly. Good friends with Elizabeth Kirkland and her many, many siblings. Likes sport but prefers reading or watching Japanese horror films.
So there we go! Sorry!
On a different note, would you read a story about my OC cupboard? I'm planning one and it should be very funny! Would you read it?
