I just found this story from the Twilight fanfiction Recommendations Facebook page. I'm excited to see where this is going, oh and I checked your blog and live the hand written letters the swan is a nice touch. I can't wait to learn more about both Edward and Bella.
| badjujube chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
I like that he was honest enough to point out the address thing, interesting. Up until then I think they were both a little obsequious. Thanks for sharing! JuJu

Is it completely weird that I read on your blog (I really like the "real" letters) but review here?
Again, really liking the slow reveal. It's almost like being there.

| ecullen'sgirl chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
I found this story thru a great rec on FB and as people were making comments I discovered you also are writing this on your blog but have handdwritten the letters, which drew me right in. So I'm reading the blog and FFn but am reviewing here. Just a note, this paragraph is not included on the blog, 'I don't know where I'll go when I get out, but I don't have the means to get very far. I came to Seattle to check out the music scene. I never want to go back to Chicago. The southwest does sound nice. Maybe someday . . .' Don't know if it's intentional or not.
I am intrigued already as we learn about these two total opposites. I do wonder about Edward's life before he was incarcerated and what led him to make the choices he made that ended him up in prison. Bella, of course, is just starting her life which is full of promise. I know Edward is probably somewhat defensive and sees it as judgemental, but Bella is absolutely correct to not give out personal identifiers. She doesn't really know anything about Edward other than he is incarcerated. I find it endearing that Edward signs his letters 'Your inside man'. It's really sad that Bella's is his first personal correspondence in all the years he has been in prison. Really loving this story!
| i.luv.twilight2 chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
Does Edward think that because of the address of the university and Bella's mention of the southwest that she's hiding where she's at? Or simply withholding part of her story? It's sad to see him so lonely and it's obvious he's working to better himself in preparation for return to non-prison life. Good story!
| ECullen50Shades chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
You say you won't judge me, but you have already. You've given me your first name and the address of the university. You say you're from the "southwest."
Ah, I forgot about that. Although, I don't blame her one bit for guarding herself.
| M-isforPigtails chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
He has a point. She did unpuporsely judge him.
You see that. Big word. Lol.
| llippert1000 chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
Ah, he likes strawberry Pop-Tarts! Reminds me of BaT.
| xxxbulletxxx chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
Damn what a lonely life Edward lives in prison. I just wonder what he'll do for work when he gets out. Who would hire someone whose been in jail for ten years.
| Barbr9 chapter 5 . 6/4/2011
God he is just so cute in his writing. You just want to hug him. Maybe thats just me.
