I really enjoyed the dialogue between Madara(Obito) and Naruto.

So he couldn't just blitz an extra minute and fuck up Itachi? The arguably sensible move when you have clones that can take your teammates to safety anyways? Its also really creative how Naruto's entire repertoire consists of the Shadow Clone and literally nothing else like in canon, where he was an orphaned sperg. It also makes complete sense that the heir Hokage, who's likely to be the target of many assassinations, has no additional security in case someone like Jiraya decides to pluck him. Great writing, decently entertaining, the world,your plot, and the characters are too nonsensical.

Are we gonna have the Chuunin exam with the same objectives too? And Naruto getting taught the rasengan? The events follow too close to the vanilla plot of Naruto. It breaks immersion and feels stale.

I loooove this kind of AU. Tho I have to admit, it's sad seeing Naruto's timeline being apart from the original rookie 9 :( but at least you arent separating him from Hinata completely heehee. And I thought from the earlier chapters you wouldnt feature Hinata as much as the others... and I am glad she has her own storyline too! (yea Hinata and NaruHina fan her lol)

Honestly I don’t think Itachi has much of a moral leg to stand on when he was going (and still plans) to commit genocide.

Sorry this has been a faultless story up to this point, but this chapter has massively broken suspension of disbelief.

How did this fight end up with all Iwa ninjas dead and no casualties on the other side.

This chapter was a perfect opportunity to kill off Asuma and Choji and actually develop the characters in your story by having them cope with the reality of the world they live in.

Way to tell everyone that there is no peril for your characters in your story. Now that I know that, what is the point of continuing reading? Now I know how every fight is going to go, maybe someone will die in the last chapter. Yawn.

Ngl, I just about skimmed the parts that weren’t related to Naruto. I particularly hated Hinata. I did enjoy some chapters though!

It’s been nearly six years since this story was last updated and that’s a damn shame. I can only hope you make a comeback one day and give this story the resolution it so deserves.

Wait so Madara-Tobi is the Hokage?

So far, this is probably the best Naruto fanfiction I've read! It's really engaging, and all the scenarios keep me wanting to read more! Good job!

I waited until finished. While the premise is new (I have never seen such before, at least not with such tone) and very interesting your fleshing out of it was terrible on several occasions which can really detract from its overall value causing more frustration /annoyed feelings than enjoyment.

To name a few things: giving abilities, powers & skills to certain characters then either making them forget about them or use them in an out of character way; or present certain factions/ characters in a specific way then make them behave in totally different manners almost always or at crucial situations.

A specific example to this last one: you introduced Madara /the Utchiha leadership in a certain way, but when they got to have the settlement they /Madara wanted you made them handle things in an out of character incompetent way.

With critical elements like these I can also understand others' negative feelings for your story/writing here.

Overall it was nice but it seems like it's dead with how the last ch. ends on a cliffhanger.
