I've never been a huge Gai fan, but this story is absolutely adorable! I honestly didn't want it to end and the epilogue was perfect :)

So I've never actually read a Maito Gai fic before and now I'm going to binge read a bunch, compare them to this and get all frustrated trying to find a story as flipping brilliant as this one! Seriously! What a story! I'm also very partial to civilian OC's incorporated into a Naruto fanfic and this? This was just so darn amazing! Thank you. Thank you for sharing this! I'll be rereading this in the near future.

Lol so I haven't actually read this book yet but i keep seeing it in peoples bookmarks as i'm looking for something to read and for some reason it took me like 5 tries before i actually understood what the description meant. I was like what question? And what does the carpet have to do with anything? How she gonna answer a question he doesnt know? I was highly confused and then I just saw it again and it clicked.
