This story... GOD, I don’t even know where to start...
I want to say that I remember when this was only a few chapters in, and I had been completely obsessed with Ultima Ratio...but for some reason, I held off getting into this one because I sensed it was going to be SO dark, and 14-year-old-me wasn’t ready. Over the years, I never forgot about this and promised myself I wouldn’t read it until it was complete. Ive finally gotten around to it and I can honestly say it did not go the way I thought it would!

I completely understand why you ended it this way, and I kind of like it. I like having this be open just in case you ever decide to come back to it (or not). However, there are just so many plot points and characters that I felt are still unresolved and...ugghhh, I LIKE it but it also eats me alive, haha.
I have to say, I kind of hate Tom in this fic, and he still didn’t completely win me over by the end, and it’s probably because we didn’t see a redemption arc. And it’s probably what you were going for. He was so cruel to Hermione. But I will say, I actually screamed at the last part where the one who needed saving was Tom all along. That was BRILLIANT! SO poetic!

That is to say, Tom has a very long way to go in order to redeem himself. I don’t see it happening any time soon. I felt so disgusted by the creation of the horcrux, and my heart broke for Regulus. Hermione will only be able to help him so much.

Lupin, Sirius, and Greyback were amazing! If this weren’t a Tomione, I would honestly root for her and Sirius, haha. I’m a sucker for the rebellious type.

I honestly cannot believe there is a Tomione fic that exists out there that takes place at Hogwarts where the name Lord Voldemort is not mentioned much, if at all. Impressive!

All in all, this was a great story, and I hope that you’re doing well wherever you are, as I see you have not been active on here or on tumblr in a couple of years now. I hope you come back to Tomione one day as I look forward to it. Best wishes!

This is a really amazing fic! Like really! At first I had my doubts but now I am glad I decided to read it! I really like the way you have portrayed Tom, so we really get to see his insane side! His attitude really gave me the creeps...! XD but thank you for sharing this piece of work!

Please please please tell me theres gonna be more?! Im so happy i read this! The story line was so unexpected that every chapter had me on the edge! I really want a redemption arc for Tom but im also glad that he could still be his destructive self. I want to see them destroy the current Wizarding World and build a new and harmonious one where muggleborns arent slaves. This was an amazing read! And im glad i got to read this!

How Tom is developing is amazing!

I just need to take a pause here. This doc is listed as a hurt/comfort genre. Not a lot of comfort going on on this side of the screen.. Like, I need some ice cream and have been weighing the pros and cons of putting Marley and Me on so I have a reasonable excuse for why I'm sobbing right now.
