| MrRobertsIII chapter 18 . 1/7/2013
Always love Voldy-with-a-brain fics. What a weird spot Hermione is in. Loved Lucius's pov.
| MrRobertsIII chapter 13 . 1/7/2013
Excellent. Have read far too much fanfiction, but don't recall coming across a Dumble's who messed with Harry's ability to hate.

Very nice chapter
| CatWriter chapter 25 . 1/3/2013
I thought it was just said by Riddle that dumbles probably wanted to know to protect the students, then he's suggesting help to Nott. How is having the castle invaded death eaters protecting the students. And why is Harry, James and Lily not objecting to it at all? Even a 'controlled invasion' could fail and then you have a school filled with defenseless students and murderous death eaters. You would think the Potters would not stand by and let the students be used as bait.

"This Harry doesn't lend himself to epic-ness."
No it doesn't...I just want him to survive :D

There are very few times where I review in the middle of a story, when there's more to come, but da-yum. Bellatrix Lily'd! I've had three or four sets of chills at that, it's absolutely brilliant. Rachel's the one marked as his equal, but how? Oh, gods, this is great. Thank you so very much!
| Ten Toes chapter 25 . 1/1/2013
I'm sure someone else has let you know, in this chapter - it's Nott in the ROR; in the prev chapter, you had voldy threatening a Zabini in a way that implied Blaise would be fixing the cabinet due to threats against his sisters life.
Anyways - just finished a re-read of the whole thing and now remember just why I liked and enjoyed this fic so much. I'm very glad you are working on it again! I have no clue how your going to end it, but i'm sure I'll enjoy the ride!
| Moon Wolf 96 chapter 16 . 1/1/2013
hahahaha...damn, the last few paragraphs sealed the story for me. Doesn't matter if the rest of the story turns out the be shit, Voldie giving Harry The Talk has got to be in the top five things I have ever read.
| the 1 u dont c chapter 19 . 12/31/2012
I'm not disagreeing with you that a up-front war with muggles would result in the wizarding worlds destruction, but I would argue that the wizards most powerful tool would be obliviation.
what obliviation means is, as long as wizards can keep witnesses contained, they could VERY SLOWLY whittle the population of muggles down in a given area and then move on... of course, it's only works until someone defects... and then wizards are just screwed.
Frankly, I find myself thinking that any 'war' propagated by wizards would more closely resemble terrorism then actual battle, since they lack any means of efficient mass murder. the fact that they can theoretically blend into a normal populace would help.
and now that I think about it, a few well placed imperio could cause a lot of damage... imagine if the president was placed under the imperious curse... Basically, it could hand victory to the wizards, but it would require quick, decisive hits and a better understanding of muggle politics and social structure then damn near any wizard has (you'd need to hit more then the commander in chief to make any real impact.). Of course, even this becomes moot if they do not have the element of surprise.. .hmmnnn.
forgive me if I ramble in my musings, I didnt really plan any of this 'review' out.
