I was so sad when I got to the end of JD's original story. then I found this continuation and was so happy. It is well done and I know there have been long gaps in updates so I hope that it has not be abandoned as well. look forward to reading more.

It just hurt my heart to read about how conflicted you are about continuing your story. You’re of course very invested in your work, having dedicated five years to helping the fandom to get some closure with TMS.

Every time I come back to this story I'm dying for the next chapter. I can't believe it has been years since I first read The Marriage Stone and then this continuation. Your work has been a true test of time and love.
I do hope that both of your lives have been filled with joy and wonderful memories since this last update. I hope that you both look back on this work and know that this is definitely something you should be proud of and that even years later people like me who fell in love with your work do think about it now and then!

The only and biggest problem with this story is that it has so little of Snarry (quite less than needed) and SO MUCH of Lucius, Aventine, Sirius, Remus, Dumbledore, Ron, Hermione, Draco, Charlie, Volpine, and what not. WHO CARESSSSS WHAT IF LUCIUS IS INTO VAMPIRES, or HOW DRACO AND CHARLIE MAKE LOVE?! Just Snarry please!

Je suis française et mon expression anglaise est bien trop affreuse pour que j'ose poster un commentaire dans votre langue. Donc oui, j'ai utilisé le traducteur intégré de EDGE pour pouvoir lire ces quarante-cinq chapitres d'hommage à TMS de JD (petit pincement au coeur, mais impossible de faire autrement). Evidemment, j'ai lu la fiction de TMS, découvert la réponse de JD datée de 2016 face à sa "mort présumée" et surtout, j'ai vibré de joie face à la présence sur le site de tous vos chapitres, y compris ceux postérieurs à sa "renaissance".
Vous avez réussi ! Oui, vous avez réussi ce défi incroyable de poursuivre son histoire, gardant l'esprit et la chair de son travail, vous le réappropriant sans rien lui voler, lui donnant une dimension toute aussi extraordinaire et détaillée qu'elle l'avait fait. Honnêtement, ni vous ni moi ne pouvons nous mettre à sa place pour savoir ce qu'elle penserait en lisant votre hommage. Mais la moindre des choses est d'admirer le formidable travail effectué, tant dans le scénario que l'écriture.
Vous m'avez faite voyager, sourire, frissonner, trembler, espérer et redouter. Tous les développements que vous avez apportés sont louables, honnêtes et vraiment addictifs. Je n'ai pas pu m'arrêter de lire depuis quatre jours, dévorant tout le jour, en rêvant la nuit.
Vos personnages, leurs esprits, leurs interactions, tout sonne juste. Qu'il s'agisse de nos deux héros (deux aveugles avançant main dans la main vers leur destin) ou de tous les autres, bons et méchants, elfes ou dignitaires, créatures ou humains, tous étaient fabuleux de vérité. Les descriptions des scènes, paysages, mobiliers, vêtements, émotions, sentiments, de n'importe quelle région du monde où vous nous avez emmenés étaient parfaitement décrits, avec finesse et sans lourdeur inutile. Bien que le traducteur m'ait sans doute volé une bonne partie de tout ça (pleurs et rage devant mes faibles capacités en langue anglaise). Vous êtes des sorcières de la fanfiction mesdames (mesdemoiselles) et je lève mon chapeau face à votre talent !
Je sais que RL est prenante, chronophage et parfois épuisante, ne laissant aucune place à quoique ce soit d'autre de plus léger et divertissant. Merlin sait à quel point l'écriture d'une histoire, cette histoire, est sans doute aussi éloignée de la légèreté et du divertissement qu'un dragon d'un boursoufflet. Mais je voulais que vous sachiez que tous vos efforts ne sont pas vains et que votre travail est largement apprécié et reconnu.
Mes encouragements sont aussi féroces que mon admiration. Félicitations et courage pour l'écriture des derniers chapitres.
