| 2000Aerobars chapter 1 . 3/12
Wow! This is amazing! It's so poetic, it's sad and yet, it's beautiful.
| Myra R chapter 1 . 1/20/2015
Yes, that explains a lot, why he kept them around, why he tried so hard to impress Aronnax... But there was no escape in the end. There couldn't be. Reality interrupted the dream. You caught the tragedy very well.
| emeraldphan chapter 1 . 5/16/2014
Very lyrical and poetic, with lots of dreamlike imagery.
| kfroguar chapter 1 . 3/17/2012
You have done a beautiful job with your language. I wish that there was more of your writing on Nemo to read. The film 20 000 Leagues is one of my favorites (although the book is certainly not). May I suggest expanding this some, or writing more like this?
Again, this really is beautiful.
| pronker chapter 1 . 7/7/2011
Just beautiful, Bazylia, and the lyric nature of the prose is like a dream itself. Nemo is a fantastic, dynamic character with loads of pathos, too, and you've done him justice.
