Loved it! Just what I needed in this summer hiatus! I'm always interested in what happens off screen and your tags flesh out the story. And well, I'm impressed that he was able to bring someone down with his pinky finger after all that booze. Steve might be the superhero but what Danny does is no easy feat either, haha. Always looking out for him, with eyes like a hawk. Well, I guess all I can say is I'm really happy you joined the Hawaii-Five-O fandom because you're one of the best ff writers out there!

I really enjoyed this episode tag. I loved Danny's pov very spot on. I was so glad when Danny finally got Steve to talk.

Totally awesome story. I love the way you write Steve and Danny.

The song Bleed Red is powerful and has some simple truths.

What I like about this story is the simple truth of their friendships.

Steve favored him with a knowing grin. "You really are the jealous type aren't you, Danno?"

"Shut up." Danny gave him a shove to keep him moving, but couldn't quite hide his own smile. He felt the last of his worry wash away, the sun peek from behind the dissipating clouds as he matched Steve's stride. "Insecure housewives are jealous, Steven. Partners are extremely territorial. It's completely different."

"Sure it is, Danno. Sure it is."

Loved the ending, simple and such a strong image. Enjoyed it, keep writing. :)

Yet another great Hawaii Five-0 fic, Rid. You write them so incredibly well... feels just like an actual episode. (Just one small question... you're not abandoning Supernatural, are you? I mean, you can't! I'll die, and you wouldn't want to be responsible for my untimely death, would you?)

I think you captured their friendship perfectly. Dannys being like a big brother, trying to keep Steve safe. And he realizes instinctively what Steve needs. A friend.
