Loverly chapter. You have a wonderful touch with the characters. I like the gentle way that you portray Ginny, she seems like a regular girl, rather than the one-dimensional 'piner after Harry' that appears in many fic's.

I was a *bit* surprised at how easily Harry was transfigured into a cat. It took the Maurauders three years of self study. Or am I missing something?

Very touching having 'Leo' decide on the name 'Dad' for Snuffles. Harry could really benefit from a father. I do hope that he seaks permission from Mr White Honeybee to tell Ginny et al about Snuffles. It would be nice.

Ginny in the attic was *very* funny. I got the glass slipper, red hood, wardrobe references immediately. Missed the Wiz of Oz, sleeping beauty and puss-in-boots. Oh well. Very funny, subtle also, it fit into the story and flowed well. Sometimes humour can distract from the story, but this just rolled with it. Also - *genius* to use the ghoul that way.

It certainly has been a while since we have heard from you! I think I ususally read your fics over at GT so firgive me for not reviewing sooner. Please let there be more personal stuff in the trunk other than the contents of Lily's desk and linen closet! Harry needs something ggreat from his mum right? Well, that is my opinion anyhow! I'm so glad I caught up with this story again. I noticed you had updated and have been reading 7-15, due to missing their updates. All I can say is that this is getting better and better as the chapters go by, and I can't wait for chapter 16.

woot, i don't mind cliffies... really i don't. I had to wait, and wait, ad wait...and then wait some more ::pouts:: then the site kept telling me the chapter didn't exsist, when I could plainly see that it did, I mean come on, they had a listing for it and I got and email and everything...and I am babbling aren't I?

A cat? humm, well at least it isn't a griffon or a phoenix :) Not to much the Grr, Arg though is it? more the sneak and pounce bit, well for Peter I doubt pouncing on Voldie would do much other then irritate the fellow. He needs a good laxative i think...

I can't wait to find out what Harry turns into. I really liked the way you handled Mrs Figg. I wondered, 'If she was the Arabella Figg Dumbledore talked about, then why did she treat Harry as she did in the books? After all she probably knew James & Lily, and Harry is the boy who lived. So your idea v. plausible. The cabbage thingo made me laugh. Hope there will be some more Ginny and bad tempered Ron soon, I missed 'em. Oh, and I'm really glad it WAS Sirius that grabbed Harry.

I downloaded this fanfic onto my laptop, in the misguided belief that it was complete.

I was wrong. So now I'm back, partly to pay my respects to the current fantastic chapters and to beg for more of the same quality. (It's always less satisfying when you know you won't have the next chapter, have you noticed? Your opinion of a chapter goes down when you're not able to leap onto the next one.. hmm..) I've added you to my Author List (Because my stories list is full. Take a look! You may like some of the HP fics there. It's my standard for when I want to read something, but I don't want to trawl through the whole directory. I just find an author I like and see what they like... ANYWAY, don't look at mine, because they're really embarrasing. I haven't pulled them down because they're "Statues of the Past". That is to say, I can look at them and swear to write better. Anyway, sidetracked here...)

This stress thing looks nasty, and The DURSLEY MEN comming home looks set to antagonise it even more. That bit with the phone was so sweet, I was biting my lip and exerting iron control over my tears. A welcome twist is that Ginny is being encouraged to make moves on Harry, but Harry is in all honesty not interested. I was very impressed to read that. Too many people just have coincidental relationships, they both just *happen* to like the other, at the same time. Tch, yeah right. The Ron/Hermione thing is ok, realistic too. You're being slow and subtle in their tentative reachings, which is SO refreshing. I'm not a Harry/Cho person. I don't mean I dislike the pairing, I just dislike it when Harry still chases after her like a puppy dog... I mean, in some cases he's way mature beyond his age, way perceptive for (Lets face it) a guy and yet he can't see his first surge of hormones for what they are. Ah well..

Only 20 chapters? Does that include the missing chapter 13? Since you've spent so long on his summer, I'm guessing that this fic will wrap it all up before Hogwarts starts.

The illness is interesting, top points for the new-ness. Harry's new clothes.. Aw..

The Nicely book was pleasant. I'm looking forward to the introduction of Daniel.

I know this 'started out as a one shot', but you've got a real talent for extending it. One of the most pleasurable things about reading this is all the freshness! All the potential! Daniel the stage-magician, Attic Living, the trunk, the illness, the weasley quarrels, the mysterious donator, Hermione's 'all boys are prats' essay, Ginny's 'Get Harry' mission and, of course, Harry's white hair! (Speaking of which, will it be all white or patchy? Like a dappled effect? Or just odd strands? Or streaks? Will it affect his Animagus form? A ZEBRA! OF COURSE! Jokes...) If you had a blazing Idea to continue into his next year, I have no doubt that your sheer inventiveness would keep me enthralled, even if you had Voldemort go at it with Harry on Jerry Springer.

Ok, then.. before I get too much more distracted..

MUGGLE GOODNESS. Supprisingly, the inclusion of more muggle stuff, interaction in the muggle world, muggle references etc make for a very interesting read. I suggest more. Like... oh, say the Dursley Family meets the Granger Family. Shopping, Seaside... Circus? (Potential for Daniel the Stage Magician, meaning Granger's being there to support him, Duddley requiring his every wish to make up for fat camp - hence the trip to the circus, Harry having a pleasant discussion with the local reptiles... or perhaps, if his Animagus form kicks in, being in on the act?)

FAT CHAPTERS. Take it as slow as you have. The best stories are those filled with actions. The plumper you make each chapter, the less you skimp on plot and time, the jucier the whole story is.

MISSING: CHAPTER. You do know that you can remove chapter 13 without killing the fic, right? Or are you leaving it there to keep whatever reviews have been attatched to it?

Okay, I think that about wraps it up. If you wanna email me, its aside from that STORMS OF CLAPPING AND CHEERS for what you've done so far, I love it all, and you'd better get cracking on the rest. Hm? Then I'll give you another nice long review as thanks.

Seriously, I've been meaning to read this story for weeks now. I had started it months ago and then lost track of it. Well, it's now midnight and I'm working my way through to what you have written so far and am really enjoying it. Very well written and characterized I think, and I like the way you are stringing us along on several storylines - very nicely done!

hehe i love this, not only is it suspencful, it capures the essance of JKRowlings writeing, you might just give her a run fir her money, i cant wait til the next chapter and im wondering what Harrys amigayus form will be and Ron and Hermiones too. in fact...i waonder what mine would be...you know if it were real lol

Sorry for not replying so much as before, schoolwork's been being pounded into us, poor students' skulls. I'll try to catch up on reviewing each chapter since this story is too enjoyable that I have to give it as much credit as I can.

8th chapter: Way to go mirror! I wish I had such talking mirrors then maybe I could give them gifts (maybe polish them until they shone like the sun), it's probably boost my confidence up prominently. But then I already seem to have gained a bit of a big head, they might bash me too… better turn down the mirror idea, but they're, they're so, so flattering! All right, I'll stop now, quite hyper currently. Her brothers didn't know she was a girl! But then my own brother keeps calling me a he, what strange things brothers are. Now I understand Rupert and Emma, they're the kids that played as Ron and Hermione in the HP movies, why didn't I see this before? You've been cracking at this story quite quickly and I congratulate you!

9th chapter: Errol! Errol! He's the best; nobody can tackle like him! All right, getting entirely too hyper but I very much have a likening when it comes to reading your stories. So funny! The sarcastic, irony in Hermione and Harry's conversation was too amusing! A person can't help but have a fondness to reading your funny stories; I can't wait to read the other chapters… getting a bit greedy these days when I have time. But then greed of stories is the bane of all readers such as I who have a neurosis when it comes to getting to read (your stories are really hyping up my vocabulary, thanks!).

10th Chapter: Sirius, wonder dog, the dog that was attacked by a the most famous drool king in the world, unknown to most fans. The Weaselys and Harry would probably give me a hard hit to the head with all my snickering and murmurs and oh-so-unfailingly noticed bounces, jumps, and high kicks as well as a dash to the pantry. Reading stories makes me hungry at times. Candy is a good accompaniment with a story also I've discovered, especially chocolate. A snake rope! A snake rope! I got to get me one of those, but I wonder where'd I would find them. The wonders of the wizarding world are closed to poor muggles such as I *sniff*.

11th Chapter: So soon and it took me an hour to get here! So proud of myself but no need to get sentimental now that I'm so hyper! I had accidentally read this chapter first before the other chapters but I still find it amusing. Parents do know best even before their children which irks their children a lot. Can't wait for the romance to start blooming! Even though this level-headed pace does make me want to turn into a puddle that giggles.

12th chapter: Marauder genes! Who knew they were passed on so quickly and matured at the ripe age of a fourteen to fifteen year old boy? Wish there were Marauderettes but maybe Lily was a marauderette herself in disguise with all her plagues upon James influencing him like that which was probably just as bad as playing a prank on him. I've eaten all the chocolates in my house so now I'm relying on old-fashioned strawberry drops. I love this comparation of mythology and folklore to the Harry Potter characters! Most stories don't do this, in fact this is the first one but I remember these stories. I used to pore over them a few years ago, but now that I've read most of them my obsession has run out of interesting fuel.

13th Chapter: No chapter thirteen possibly because of bad luck? There's a very long word of phobia for it but I can't remember how to spell it right.

14th Chapter: Dumbledore has much of a sense of humor similar to Fred and George, I wonder if they would think of it as a compliment or an insult, no? They might think of it as an insult due to him being a head figure in rules and at the same time as a compliment that they may be able to recruit another prankster… *cough*. Yep, humor, I think that Fred and George would love the addition as well as the hope of a few recommendations on trying to find more uhh easier ways to slip from Filch.
