Yeah, wow, that was really good. First of all it's nice to be able to read fanfiction which has so few typos... Of course... not a whole lot has actually happened yet, but I'm interested in the complex interpersonal relationships that are going on. This was one of the few fanfictions that I've been able to read this far into, which I suppose just goes to show how good it is. I also appreciated your use of humor, even though it was only used sparingly. Anyway, I look forward to an update.

I love this story! I used to be a Harry/Ginny shipper, then I got bored with all the pointless fluff floating around. Then I saw the second movie and I loved the place where when Harry was poisoned by the Basilisk he crawled over to Ginny and put his hand over hers. That restored my faith in the truth of Harry/Ginny.

I'm so glad you're updating this story so regularly lately; it's always a joy to find a new chapter up! I liked the idea of the Ministry checking up on wandless magic, it makes a lot of sense, and thank goodness Pig was saved from Crookshanks, although I doubt he'd have actually eaten him. Good job to because if he had, Ron really would never have forgiven him after Scabbers!

I'm looking forward to Dumbledore arriving to put up the protection spells - will we get to see it? I’d like to see a scene with Rupert and Dumbledore, I don’t think they’ve ever met have they? I loved, as always, the realistic interaction between Ron and Ginny, I always read their back and forth exchanges with a big smile on my face. I was also impressed by Ron offering to go and make lunch for him and Ginny. I suppose with it being a household full of boys, Molly would have made sure they were all domesticated from an early age - nice touch. The scene with the twins trying to give Ron his gift was very funny - "Frankly, playing jokes on Ron had gotten to be quite a chore these days." Lol! Also amusing was Petunia heading off for some more "Lovely Lemonade" and Romeo and Juliet being a Slytherin and Gryffindor!

I have to admit, I did keep hoping you'd go back to Harry so we'd find out what he'd discovered in his mum's trunk, but I guess that will all be revealed next time – I know, I know; all good things come to those that wait, but I’m impatient!

*snickers* Aww, how cute. Petunia really is nicer when full of her Lovely Lemonade, isn't she? ;)

I am getting repetitive, but I love, love your Ron and Ginny. They are so funny, when they are bickering, but it is obvious that they love each other very much.

HA! It is so funny, but very logical that they won't believe in twins' good intentions. I guess they gave Ron and Ginny way too many not so harmless gifts before. :o)

Hoooraaay! Another new chapter! Petunia and Lily's middle names are a lovely idea. The two sets of names do sound very well together. And the sisters addressing each other by initial as they wrote is a very neat idea.

(It's doubtful that Petunia *always* disliked Lily so much, even in canon. She was probably always a bit jealous of her, but I think that they may have been pretty close at one time.)

The way that you continue to show the regrets that Petunia suppresses when she treats Harry horribly is brilliant. At least she did say that Harry could keep anything of Lily's that he found.

Your portrayal of Emma and Rupert Granger continues to be a delight. Poor Hermione! Her reaction to stress is perfect. A bold plan to reach her friends in case of an emergency! (If Hermione knew about Petunia and her 'special lemonade' she might have a go at calling Harry. Petunia might actually let her talk to him...)

The letter from Mafalda Hopkirk was priceless! I had the sense that the Ministry is keeping a special watch on Muggleborn students at the moment. I am sure that Dumbledore will place some strong protective spells on Hermione and Emma when they travel to Bulgaria. Rupert is brave to let them go without him, and I admire his commitment and concern for his six year old patient. He was in a tough position.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the talk that Hermione had with Rupert about Victor!

As always, you write Ginny and Ron so perfectly that I feel I'm in the Burrow! Poor twins. Poor Molly. The two youngest Weasleys were smart to beat a retreat.

Their comments on each other's letters were priceless. I laughed at the "I don't play on that team/I thought you didn't play on that team" exchange. And the "I need a girlfriend/Shouldn't that be my line" exchange. And the remark about the "precious baby broomie." And Ginny's "Oooh, he made you an offer..." Heck, I just love the way that you write Ron and Ginny! (Yes! Clever Ron figured out where the twins' money came from! It's also smart of him to wait until he sees Harry in person to discuss it.)

You also have a wonderful touch with Fred and George. (Where's Molly... has she stormed out of the house to cool off somewhere?) Cool! New dress robes for Ron and Ginny! That was sweet of George and Fred. Ron's is brown velvet, what is Ginny's like?

I'm glad you updated. How were your holidays? I loved how Ginny and Ron handled the dress robe thing, and Hermione's further adventures with aroma therepy seems to have come to an end. I also love the way you portay her father, rather reminds me of mine. Please update soon.

Yours is coming better than anything I could ever write, humor and romance mixed in one. I'm a failure and defeatist when it comes to romance, it is something I can't write very well. So far so good (and quite funny).
