Digimon/Naruto cross huh? I'd go with one that has Digimon as Summon Creatures, but more like how Viper and Hikari are instead of regular Summons, with unsealing techniques similar to Bleach's Shikai and Bankai.

I know whats that's like-I wasn't even aloud to talk louder than a whisper when I was five,or I'd have the belt taken to step-niece and nephew come over- I'm seven-for three years and get away with kicking the dog,trying to set the cat on fire(repeatedly),and screaming bloody murder-and that's after they destroy my homework(I usually had to miss breakfast and dinner because I had to spend that time re-doing the work).

I suggest you tell them you find the complete favoritism of your cousins they display disturbing and sickening,as they are clearly capable of cognitive thinking,and that you are horrified to discover your personal success means nothing to them,as that laptop contains countless documents pertaining to your education,including school work.
Explain that while you may be harsh- the real world is harsher,and that when your cousins get to the real-world they will not be able to cope and will flounder,and fall into bad habits,whether overspending or drugs,and end up struggling through life.
And that further more- you sincerely hope the behavioral problems they display are corrected before it gets them in legal trouble.

If they still refuse to respond as is appropriate to the situation: Apologize and say that you can not condone associating with people who would willingly set you and your cousins up for failure,and as such,will no longer be speaking to them unless absolutely necessary.
