Why are all the best stories unfinished? This certainly qualifies! It looks like you haven't posted anything for a while, but I would definitely read another couple (dozen) chapters of this!

I LOVE this story! I honestly have no idea how I came across it but I'm so glad I did! Any chance you would consider, maybe dusting it off and giving it another go? It is smart and funny, my 2 favorite things! Dying to see how the 3rd task would go down in this atmosphere!

Reading your depiction of Harry, especially in the later chapters, I can't help but think of The Incredible Hulk and Wolverine from Marvel. Both characters have a "berserker mode" that tends to kick in when they're angry, just like Harry in this fic. I'd be interested the see the aftermath of the riot for the rest of the school. I'm also interested in what you'd come up with for the final task in terms of how Harry gets through it in the same style he's used to get through the first two tasks. The confrontation between Harry and Voldemort seems like it would be interesting and much different from canon with berserker Harry and if the part of canon where Crouch/Moody attempts to drag Harry away to interrogate him is kept in, with Harry already being suspicious of him, I think that confrontation has a chance to be interesting too, especially if Hermione somehow is involved.

It's also nice that you address the fact that, despite not actually entering himself into the tournament, Harry receives no help from the adults to try to get him out of it and too many of the adults seem all too eager to make him compete, even if they weren't consciously complicit in the plot by Voldemort to get Harry into that graveyard at the end of the tournament.

Even if Harry was forced to remain in the tournament with the consequences of withdrawal being the loss of his magic (for the sake of the story, of course), Dumbledore and the rest of the staff (outside of Snape, who wasn't about to do Harry any favors at that point in the series and fake Moody, who put him in the tournament) could have done something to prevent nearly the entire school from turning on Harry. Dumbledore knew that Harry didn't enter himself once he asked him if he did or not, but he didn't do anything to persuade the student body that Harry didn't enter himself. He could have confiscated all anti-Harry paraphernalia, for one thing. Simply allowing those "Potter Stinks!" badges to be worn once he became aware of them was enough proof to me that he either didn't care about Harry's emotional well-being or was purposely trying to toughen him up, knowing what Harry would have to do in the coming years, by letting him fight his own battles, both literal and figurative.

To this day I still find the quick quips and back and forth diakog in this story to be genius
