Shit! This really needs to be continued.

Very well done :)

Ahh, an absolutely beautiful, passionate and romantic peace. I really wish this was a story, but the one-shot was just as great. I think you combined all the elements needed to make a perfectly perfect ending that summed of your one-shot without leaving the reader wanting more. You left them completely satisfied (no pun intended). That fourth to last paragraph about finding solace was beautiful as well. It's always been a wonder why so many people choose the Bedward path instead of something original and barely touched as Leahx_. This is one of those pieces that you have to dig deep below the femslash junk to find :D

What a beautiful O/S of two characters that were seriously shafted by SoMeone! I loved the natural progression of how these two became friends and healed each other. And even though this is occurring in an alternate universe, I think you portrayed these two just like canon.
| Credoroza chapter 1 . 8/12/2012
What an amazing story! Their shared hurt and heart ache. Their families not understanding their pain and needs. The feelings were palpable. The title of this one shot completely fits and I am so glad I stumbled across it. A definite rec in the making and I am adding you to my Leah/Vamp community for others to see. Loved this!
| Guest chapter 1 . 7/2/2012
"Leah whimpered and sobbed and shivered and smiled, and looked at the satisfied face of a beautiful goddess who was always meant to be her enemy but had turned out to be her comfort, her joy, her solace." Absolutely beautiful. Just like you.

Wow. Very well written, I'm impressed. It was really really good and deserves more reviews. I liked the overall mood of story and how you wrote it. Very well written. It's a pity you don't have a lot more stories I could read. Amazing story :)
| Kim-imprinted-on-a-wolf chapter 1 . 2/11/2012
This was great, such a shame you finished when you did though!
| sadtomato chapter 1 . 1/29/2012
This was lovely! I am a sucker for comfort I any kind in fic and this was perfect- comfort and companionship without getting too sappy and losing the characters. Great job!

This was absolutely gorgeous. The pairing makes so much sense, but you showed us precisely why and that's what I appreciated most. One of the things that bothered me about Leah and Rosalie's characters in twilight was that SM gave them backstories and traits that should have made them three dimensional - complicated and hard, but sympathetic. And yet she left them two dimensional. You give us exactly what could have - should have - been there. Because of that their connection seems real and special not only despite who they are, but actually because of it. I loved the way it unfolded. Even with all the supernatural elements, it's such a human way for a relationship between two people who don't have anything in common on the surface to come together. An accident, really, allows them to see each other for a moment. It allows them to think just a little bit differently about each other, and sometimes that's all it takes. I think that's how I ended up with women so long ago. It wasn't obvious at all, but a series of moments when I thought, huh, that's not what I would have expected to feel, that grew and grew into something wholly unexpected but just right. I feel like you captured that beautifully.

This story is fantastic. I love that you didn't necessarily stick to the sweet, soft girliness that's usually present (& overwhelming) in femmeslash. While it certainly didn't lack sweetness, you didn't hesitate to have these girls duke it out when it felt like what they needed. I also love the parallels you've drawn between these two characters. You've shown us that they do have more in common than a bitchy demeanor and I thought that was fantastic.
I've been afraid to review this because I'm super sucky at these and I didn't want to disappoint you. Just know that, no matter how lacking my comment here is, I absolutely loved this story. No one does wristporn like you (I mean that) and the hair? Unf.
You're awesome. I hope you find time to write more.

I really enjoyed this! It's such an unusual pairing (especially for me, since I don't usually read femmeslash) but it worked so well! You did a wonderful job showing us just how much these two characters have in common and how they can relate to each other's pain - thanks for sharing!

Darling, this was beautiful. You made me believe. :) You brought out their similarities in such a way that their companionship seemed inevitable, yet still highlighted their differences enough to make them a bit fascinated with each other. It made for a balanced relationship that made perfect sense. Well done. -ICM :)
