Awwww...I never thought of this kind of scenario. It's great.

This was ethereal and beautiful. I don't really know what I *can* say about it, aside that it left me with a quiet finality that -yes, this is how things happened in the story- and -yes, everything written here is true. Because you write so convincingly and all the players are perfectly in-character that it's hard imagining that this never actually happened in-comic, somewhere between the pesterlogs and panels.

This was a wonderful little short story and I'm happy to have stumbled onto it. That scene always evoked a rather sad feeling to it and when you really stop to think about it, it gives all that Jack has done a deeper impact. Before now I really hadn't thought of everything (and everybody) he had truly destroyed.

This was cute, and sad, and sweet, and interesting. I like it.

wow, this was very interesting to read and definitely a different take on the entire prospit/derse storyline and jade's adventures on prospit. i loved it. :) i often forget that jade never had a mother and this seemed like the perfect replacement for her. jade's humility also doesn't seem fake or overdone at all - i can picture her sitting there saying that she envies the queen because she doesn't feel like she's anything special. :c
i also really loved the queen's explanation about queens being killers, killers being heroes, and so on.
this whole thing was like reading poetry, or something by m.c. escher or something. truly gorgeous. :3
