This is so good! Your writing is so crisp and clear, yet you have this way of adding a kind of emotion to everything that's so good, I can't even describe it! Something as simple as this description, for example: "the waif of a boy in studded jeans demands, hands planted defiantly on his skinny hips." This kind of writing is my absolute *favorite* and I'm in such awe of you!

This entire fic is amazing, the writing, the pacing, the characterizations - everything! They were both such adorable little kids, and I love the way you so clearly show their personalities even when they're little and how they develop into the Finn and Rachel we love.

And that you have Finn fall prey to popularity is spot on; I can't really imagine that he wouldn't, and as sad as that whole series of scenes is, you wrote them so well and it worked so perfectly - and I was so proud of Finn when he finally came to his senses! And that Rachel gave him a list of requirements to be his friend again? So sweet and so Rachel, I loved it!

I loved their first time, both so real and so them, and the ending left me full of warm fuzzies. So good. I can't wait to read what else you write! Stay awesome, Jess.
