I wanted to ask, in your world, is Harry immune to Basilisk venom, just all snake venom's, or all venoms? Because the Sword of Gryffindor is imbued with anything powerful that it encounters and it definitely had Basilisk venom on the blade - which he used to cut himself.
That question aside, you did a brilliant job with the Training and Combat Arcs, I'm looking forward to the direction you take Harry, Hedwig, and Sternley from here.

Beautiful. This is one of the reasons that I gravitate towards Harry Potter. It is simply so easy to write these scenes for his character, and so believable to read them.

It was an excellent reminder that magic cannot fix everything even as it breaks his heart all over again in a new but just as painful way.

A very simple chapter, yet one that clearly shows Harry's maturation, and his unfortunately necessary ability to quell his own very rational, very reasonable fears. If one of his biggest assets was the ability to react quickly under pressure, it will be just as valuable to learn to stop and think before reaction is his only recourse.
