Excellent one shot! Even though the writers resolved the issue in the AG Reunion movie differently, I liked this ending a lot more.
Poor Thelma Lou! I like to think she gad a good life, but it must gave been frustrating, wondering what the deal was with Barney. Was he scared, shy, or did he think of himself as too much of a player to be tied down? Or did the dude honestly think he could leave town, come back a few years later and nothing would change? Stupid men!

That was so sad. I never figured Barney was too scared to ask Thelma Lou!

So beautiful and so sad. Very poignant as well. I can almost see Thelma Lou as the years go by, waiting and yet not. WOnderfully written, you have an amazing gift. :)

Very enjoyable one shot, I love how you don't reveal the identity of the main character until the end, nor do you reveal the reason why Barney and Thelma Lou never got married until then, either. Nice little piece, all the way around, like I said when it first posted under your other pen name.

All I can say is WOW!

I remember reviwing this story when you had it under D'Angelo's Song. I'll review it again under your new pen name. This was an excellent one-shot. I liked how you have the reader guessing at who the narrator is-then, if they knew TAGS well, the reader does eventually figure out that it's Thelma Lou. I enjoyed this story very much. I hope you have more for the TAGS realm. Wonderful job with this!
