LOVE THIS STORY! :D and the one before :D

*self-conscious - conscience is the voice in your head that makes you feel guilty when you do something bad!
Good sequel, I'm enjoying it so far. I like the more prominent role of UNIT and the interesting events that are unfolding. I also enjoyed the small glimpse of the 11th Doctor - really looking forward to where that'll lead!

Brilliant! I love, love, love how you wrote in Tosh and Rose squaring down with the general!
| edf-k chapter 9 . 10/31/2012
Awe, first kiss and it was the Doctor. (giddy and smiling now - such a "girl" reaction, but who cares it's the Doctor and a snog...LOL)

I'm glad that she's made a friend and look forward to reading more once I'm on break.

I read this on LJ and comented on it there, but as I wanted to add this as a fave I thought I would review.

This story, I don't know how you do it. But it's left me grinning and crying and laughing and cheering for Rose Tyler in the story that is her life. I'm so glad you choose to focus this story on her, on what will ultimately be her decisions and her shaping her own future. The scenes with Ten were heartbreaking and wonderful. I agree with all your characterizations and I'm so glad that Rose has friends like Eve, Sharon and Shireen to support her.
This is, I think, my favourite series I've read on and I haven't even caught up to your recent chapters yet. Now to The Companion Connection : )

Oh my gosh, I'm still not done reading, but this chapter, THIS CHAPTER was amazing. My jaw was open the whole time, watching Rose Tyler become a star knight. Her potential grows more and more and I just can't articulate my excitement and wonder at this story and the woman she has become. I want my storybook heroines to be like this. This is simply amazing.
Have you ever thought about uploading your stories to ? They have a feature that lets the reader download your fanfic in mobi, pdf, html or epub format so you can read them on kindles or kobi readers or ipads. I think it's be fantastic if you did upload your fics on there. There's a waiting list to sign up but it's a wonderful website. If you're not comfortable with the idea, that's totally fine too.
I usually hang out on that site, so it was chance that brought me to reading your series and I'm so happy that I did. You are wonderful (hugs)

I'm not done reading this sequel yet. But I am so impressed with the story and the quality of writing that has continued so far that I just have to drop another comment (one that is more detailed and thought out). This story is very gripping and moving. You have a subtle way with words that hooks the reader in and you also drop subtle hints in the story that, so far, don't disrupt the flow.
I'm also so pleased with the characterizations. It's clear that you're a thoughtful and inventive person filled with rich creativity and imagination. The way you blend all these worlds and threads together to create one solid and strong story is great. You see the potential in all these companions, characters and you make them -more- because you can see it.
Rose is amazing. She's so believable and strong. You really bring that out. Not only that, but all the characters who surround her, you also make them so alive and fresh, easy to read. I enjoy Sharon and Shireen. I enjoy Gavin and Toshiko and Malcolm. The way the Doctors are dropping into the story make me smile (like the first kiss scene and Nine clapping for Rose.) Everyone stands on their own with their flaws and gifts, yet they are human and so compelling.
Normally fanfic writers only focus on the romance and not so much the other relationships that define the protagonist. But you have managed to make the other scenes without the Doctor, shine so much. I find that I want this to be canon, a real novel so that I can read it all the time and I foresee that this universe is just going to get more and more exciting for me to read.
So thanks so much for sharing and never give up on writing. I think you'll be an awesome author some day and hope you'll let your readers know if you get something published : )
I think I'll send a more constructive review later, when I get up to the Third Story, where you've updated most recently. Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am (hugs)

How does Rose know that's an earlier form? It would be easier to assume that's a much later form.
| WindyWords123 chapter 14 . 9/17/2012
It's silly of them to assume that they're the only ones. If others are similarly cut off from communication, there's no reason that there aren't just a lot of humans liberally scattered over the globe.
| WindyWords123 chapter 8 . 9/17/2012
I feel silly about my predictions. Your author's note made them rather obvious. But great story so far!
| WindyWords123 chapter 5 . 9/17/2012
So, Star Goddess with a statue modeled after Rose (bit shaky on that bit, though) Wolf who happens to randomly know Rose's middle name? No, there's *definitely* nothing going on there.
| WindyWords123 chapter 4 . 9/17/2012
I'd imagine the aliens running the school are the Horath, amiright? Either that or Horath means Bad Wolf in their language.
| Pig-Rabbit-Suk chapter 30 . 9/4/2012
Oh Gods. I stayed up till 2AM on aschool night, better yet, 2AM on the first day of school, to read this. This series is so bloody fantastic.
